Where it was located was different & cute. The service was a bit slow probably because of so many coming in on a Saturday and... with a Street Fair happening at same time. Nevertheless because of that, I always feel customer service can step up even higher.My lid fell off as soon as I received my coffee as I was about to walk out and I already waited a while. When I asked foranother lid, the Barista could have taken my coffee and poured into fresh cup as it was a bad rim on cup because the next lidcame off when I went outside. I saved my coffee Thank God but it was annoying to drink. The Barista also had a nerve to pointout where napkins were to clean up my own spill instead of "No Worries Miss, We Can Get It", woman who was with me did not likethat either and was like why didn't they just give you a new cup. It's All Good that's what reviews are for to help bettercustomer service and I was happy my latte was still tasty to the last drop. Read more

The perfect Starbucks. Opened promptly at 7am with a smile. Coffee was wonderful. Freida was so nice.
Needed coffee. I don't usually do Starbucks, but I know about Pikes. This location is in a basement attached to the Sheraton... that use to be a bank. Built 1913. Yeah I asked. Went downstairs and fell in love with the ambiance the decor gives. I could ofhung out there all day with a good book and coffee. Just visiting the area so this was a surprise find. It's been a while since I've been in this particular Starbucks, so I was pleasantly surprised when I visited a few days ago. It... was still this clean, cozy spot tucked under the Sheraton. If you like places that are not as bright as some other local coffeehouses, here's the spot for you. It's the kind of spot that feels more like a hideaway. Oh yeah, the dirty chai was decent aswell. The store is staffed by seemingly nice people who are often fighting long lines and I understand that. However the past three... times I have gone they do not call out my order and everybody who orders after me gets their order called out and items receivedwell before me. I wait near the order pick up area and I?ll get half of the order but then the other part(s) is/are placed onthe counter out of view. I learned my lesson, and will be going to this Starbucks a lot less, especially if I continue to valuemy time. Read more
