Went around 7:30pm ordered a sub. Got home the bread was really dry and flaky on the top. Like old bread. She drowned it with... vinegar and mayonnaise! Taste like a pickle. I couldn?t really see what all to put on it with all the advertisement on the frontcase. Wasn?t good at all ! Didn?t even eat half of it. Read more

This is literally the worst experience I?ve had with this subway and it wasn?t from the regular workers it was from the general... manager himself, I came in and order a salad and the whole time he was asking me what did I want the salad I was trying to tellhim what exactly I wanted on the salad but instead of listening he was trying to rush me and over talk me. Then since thegeneral manager wasn?t listening he tried offering to put things on the salad that I am allergic to. I believe his name is Chris( General Manager), but he is very nasty and rude and impatient rule of advice to you Chris if you are going to be thatimpatient with your loyal customers then try getting a different job that you have patience for. I have been a loyal customer tothis subway for 2 years but after my experience with the General Manager yesterday I will not be returning back. Again theregular employees are very professional and have patience even when they are about to clock out they still have patience toactually care about how they are handling people food. Unlike the General Manager mishandling my food, giving me attitude, andon top of all of that he was about to put things on salad that I am allergic to. He needs to a grip I will be letting othersknow as well don?t patronize this subway because Chris ( The General Manager) has a disrespectful temper on him. I placed an online order for a sandwich and the ordering process was very fast and easy. Once I got to the store the employees... showed me where my pick up was and they were very friendly. THAT is why I have 2 starts instead of 1. Once I got to my car andopened my sandwich wrap I got COVERED in all the topping of my sandwich. As I proceeded to open the wrapping I saw that ALL ofthe veggies and oils were on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. I seriously had to eat it at home with a fork to put the sandwichtogether enough to try to enjoy. Very disappointed ???? Read more

They may not get your order right all the time when you order via uber eats, but atleast they don't toast it when you don't want... it to be toasted. The Walmart location always toast it...even if you call them for the heads up. This location gets it right 98percent of the time. If I want Subway and I'm not going in person this is the only one I will order from on uber eats. 3 starsonly cause a few times I got brown lettuce; If not for that i would rate 4. Read more

When I first came today, was told computers were down and to come back in 45 minutes. Drove all the way home and back. After... waiting in line 15 minutes was told they had call in orders that took priority so me and the others stood in line completelyignored while the manager made subs for people not in the shop. Unbelievable. U cant write down orders when computers aredown? You make existing customers feel invisible? Customer service grade is zero. Management score zero. Common sense zero Read more
