App didn?t work, so I tried calling to order directly. Friend was already on the way there (I fly-he buys). Someone picks up, I... explain, and ask to order over the phone. They hang up on me. I call a second time, someone else picks up, and I explain againwhile noting that I was just hung up on. They say ok then hang up on me again. I call my friend who?s now outside and they saythere?s only one person behind the counter there not doing anything. Can?t think of a reason why they would do this, but theydid. I have been in this Subway 3xs. Each time, I have carefully viewed the customer service at this location. They are real skimpy... on their meat and especially sauces. They don't tell you that they're out of something until you ask and they don't try torefill their sauces when they run out. I always asked for my sauce on the side which means a cup per sauce. The guy put 2 saucesin 1 small cup. When asked to have them separated like they always do, he told me it would be an upcharge. When I questioned himabout it, he rolled his eyes and didn't say anything. They also act like they can't comprehend English or at least thats they'restrategy for not problem solving. Read more

Went during the 5 dollar footlong event. Customer beware, this is only if you place your order online. We were told after... placing and completing the order at checkout. Got charged an extra 10 dollars. Can anyone say bait and switch. Reallydisappointed. They naturally assume that you will pay anyway if you are good people. Unfortunately they lost our business forgood. Shame on them. Read more

Restaurant is always clean and the aromas are fresh and delicious. The customer service is warm and friendly. They don't rush me... when it comes to how I like my sandwich prepared or cut. BEST Subway restaurant in my area! Read more
