I went to the taco bell on broad river and I am extremely disappointed. I bought 2 chicken quesadillas and I was given what I... ask for. I ordered through the app and the nacho fries they gave me were good but the cheese only lasted for about 3 fries because they... barely put any in the container for it. Its really disappointing when you can't get a suitable lunch because the place that you are ordering from cannot get your order... right to the point you are unable to eat it. I have ordered items off their menu that are vegetarian friendly specificallystating their is no meat only to have them come with meat. Not ONCE but TWICE IN A ROW. It would be different if I wasn'tallergic to meat and could eat it without getting violently ill, however that is not the case. Read more

Went in around 1:30 PM no one in lobby. Person behind insisted I put my order through kiosk, no biggie I did. Only ordered... three items, about 6 people in restaurant working, took an employee 5 full minutes before they started prepping myorder. Cheesy bean and rice burrito had dry beans, extra that I ordered wasn?t even included but charged for, side order ofrice I ordered was undercooked and when talking to the person behind counter, as gain insisted the rice was properly cooked! Iget how all businesses are understaffed during this time, however when a person goes during slow hours and there are 6 plusemployees, you?d think the food would be a little speedy to prepare. This is the Taco Bell loation down the road from where I work. I go here about once a week and i am honestly so tired of putting... in an online order, picking it up, getting back to work and realizing the only thing from my order that they correctly gave mewas my drink. In the last two months I've ordered from the location at least 10 times and I have had to drive back up to thestore to get the correct order 6 times. Its very frustrating, its a waste of gas, and my lunch time. Very disappointing becauseI love taco bell. Its quick, filling, and quite cheap. In order to avoid further frustration, I will now stay sitting in thewindow and check every single item amytime they hand me food. I have never had this consistent of a problem with one locationbefore. Read more

I ordered a combo that was a nacho Supreme that came with a taco Supreme hard shell. I ordered a extra soft taco Supreme as... well. Before I could get out the parking lot I opened the soft taco and and it literally fell through the paper. All over myclothes. The entire paper was so wet it's like it fell in water or something. So I turned around and took it back. The younglady was very polite and took it to the guy that made it. He was giving her attitude. But he eventually remade it. The younglady apologized as well. Food quality just isn't the same anymore. Too many people working at restaurants and they hate theirjob. This was once my favorite taco bell location. I won't be returning. Read more
