Huge UNSANITARY NO FOR ME.. The fresh shrimp is delicious here I will give them that one. BUT.... when u order delivery from... there turns out the delivery driver fixed my drink. . Delivery ppl do not get paid to fix my order. They are not FSW and Idon't expect my dasher to even touch my order. Read more
I wish I would have read the comments before ordering here. I ordered chicken fried rice that had absolutely no flavor/taste. I... also ordered hush puppies and shrimp habachi. The hush puppies were very hard and shrimp was over cooked. Not sure why but thehabachi tasted like vomit. Read more
I was quarantined at home. Called in an order and one of the orders was incorrect. Lady did everything to include not... understanding me to get out of the order. Wasn't a pleasant experience and didnt take ownership of their mistake. Poormanagement and worse customer service. Dont take anything they say over the phone as the truth. Dishonest. Will never get mymoney there ever again. I would go into detail about them suggesting to me to bring the wrong meal back......as I was inquarantine! I will just go elsewhere. Read more
If you just want somewhere to eat, this is ok. Not much flavor to the shrimp or crab legs but they were fine. The potatoes and... eggs were hard. The price was definitely reasonable. I don't see myself going back though. Read more
Order three plates of three piece fish. The fish came back old hard and overcooked. I called back to talk to the manager and she... argued with me and told me they do not give refunds or replace the food. We are talking about $35 worth of fish. Who has moneyto throw away. Those people are so bad. I eat here almost every day. When I see those people saying that the wings are hard, isn't it because... you asked for them to be hard boiled? On the contrary, they say they are wrong. Now everything is going up, even the $1 storeis going up by $1.25. tasty wings & seafood they are the best and fast, i don't believe anyone else is faster than them, ofcourse they are sometimes busy and sometimes slow that is forgivable ?I love that their wings are small! The food was pretty basic. No salt on the fries. Zaxby's is better to give a closer comparison. My wings was drowned in sauce.... The coke was pretty good. Basic,rude, service. The employee was very rude on my entrance. I wouldn't recommend this food placeat all. Zaxby's would never. My food wasn't ready when I got there, and it was ten minutes after it was meant to be ready. Saveyour money. Read more
I ordered mild honey wings. What I got instead were mild wings. When the lady gave me my food, I told her the box was not going... to stay closed. I turned around when I tasted one of the wings there was zero honey. When I told them they argued with me therewas, instead of just adding the honey. 1. The wings are very small. 2. Very poor customer service, just fix it instead ofarguing. 3. Those nasty crinkle fries were covered in mild sauce. 4. The only positive aspect is my order was ready within a fewminutes. I ended up just throwing the food in the trash, cause of course they don't offer refunds but won't fix your food ifthey made a mistake. Read more
