It must have been training night-- lots of TR shirts, but not paying attention to the customers. Was seated by 1 of 4 at the... hostess station, had to walk between two servers chatting to be seated. After seated for another 8 minutes, went to a server toask for service. She was put out with the hostess -- sweetheart, we walked right through your conversation with a trainee to getto our seats, and you didn't notice there were customers in your station??? Very busy as every Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to has been. Our waitress was exceptional. Very good service. Steaks were... cooked perfectly to temperature which isn’t usually the case in my experience. If you are staying at the holiday inn expressnext door they give you a coupon for a free appetizer. My first time dining in. Arrived at 12:15 after morning Church Service and we were seated immediately. NO lines at this time. I... was extremely hungry and the rolls were extremely hot and delicious. I ordered well done steak, grilled shrimp and 2 sides.(salad & mashed potatoes) . The food was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff seemed to be organized and ready toserve us with smiles. Enjoyed My Dinner Brooke Was Awesome Waitress. This place was Clean. Get there before 4pm it fills up fast.

This place has seen better days... I remember having a very different experience here before COVID. We sat down to a sticky... table, had to ask for silverware and plates before we could eat our appetizer which also came out burnt. The worst thing thoughwere the steaks, bland and underseasoned ???? The final frustration was a filthy bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Shame to see how far downhill the place has gone. Read more
