Went there for my first time tonight and I absolutely loved it I really enjoyed cooking my own food, and the small bite size... pieces made it easier to cook with delicious options for sauce. The staff were super polite and helpful when help was needed. Iwill definitely be back sometime in the future! Our friends took us here for our anniversary. Reservations were made. Our 1st table (a booth) was private but tight & I joked I... felt like I needed a booster seat. We requested a different table & were moved to a more roomy table. A sweet card awaited ourtable personally signed by all workers there. Brendan was our server & did a great job. The atmosphere was calm & relaxing &staff were all friendly & helpful. Our food was delicious...a variety of fresh meat & veggies for both of us. Our table had somecliches halfway thru our meal & we were respectfully moved to another table. B/c of the inconvenience we were treatedaccordingly by the sweet manager. Truly an experience. While I know most people go to restaurants to avoid having to cook, this restaurant is one of the few where... YOU do have to cook, but it is 100% worth it. Many times we go out to eat, and maybe we stay for an hour. We eat. We leave. Butnot with this restaurant. Our waiter brought out our Loaded Baked Potato Cheddar Fondue. Delicious. 100% recommend. My husbandand I chose the Bigger Night entrée. Delicious. 100% recommend as well. My 8yr old chose his own shrimp and chicken, and heloved it. Then the chocolate turtle Fondue. Every thing was fantastic. However, it's a place where you cook your own food, sothe entrée comes out raw. You have different cooking options, we chose to grill with cast iron. They have date night options aswell as group options. It is pricey, but no where near as bad as you'd think. Either way, I recommend the place, due to classydecor, amazing staff, delicious Fondue. - Quick note: not really a place for infants that require a changing table. Thebathrooms do not accommodate one. However, there is a bench in the ladies bathroom can work for one, but that's a great place toprivately breastfeed if need be. Read more

This was my 1st time going to a restaurant like this. I am in love with the outside seating area. There is lots of parking. The... environment was clean and the staff I interacted with was super friendly, professional and warm. The food was amazing. I wasready to go relax and sleep after the experience. Always love coming here! Service is good, food is good, and the atmosphere is comfy! Our table always gets the complete fondue... experience for 2 Highly recommend the Quattro Formaggio for the cheese and the banana foster for the dessert! It is always a hitwith us We chose The Classic and the steak lovers with the court bouillon for the main course. I know it's chainy but I love the melting pot! The experience is so fun. Favorite is to go during happy hour when they have... yummy $5 drink specials, $4 wine, and $6 cheese and chocolate! (Per person). No complaints! Read more

This restaurant is definitely a experience. I will be back. It was my first time. They impressed by having a delicious vegan... dish. Veggies and Impossible meat ball with plantbase sausage. No cheese dip for me. But salad was okay but still taste good. Igot dark chocolate and oreos with marshmallows dip all the treats in there. All the treats was delicious. Read more

I absolutely loved this place. I went there with my daughter for a quick lunch. We were so busy with her move back to school and... I had to go back to work. This was perfect right in the middle.
