New staff needed or training. I walked in and nobody said anything. The lady behind me was addressed first.. no customer... service skills. And I think I saw a Roach. Never returning there and that used to be my favorite one but the old crew is gone.And those young ppl don't clean. Well finding me a new spot. Or start cooking my own food might be the best option. This was by far our best Waffle House experience, the team here is amazing. Our food was perfect just as we ordered and everyone... made us feel like family. I?ve eaten at waffle houses all over the country and this one is number one in my book! Read more
Quality and service always impeccable. What stood out for me is at 1 pm on a Sunday I was seated at the tail end of the rush... hour storm. A bit of a wait and I had to mention the coffee wasn't fresh but the pot was already brewing for a better cup. Thank you for the smiles despite being visibly put through the business wringer. Loved the staff there? the bathrooms no south were a bit messy and stinky? however the food was always a delight to have? the... eggs, hash browns, coffee, grits, bacon, as always they do a great job in that? if you near by kindly stop by as the place isopen during this time of the pandemic for dine in. I ordered 2 eggs scrambled well done with cheese and 1 chocolate waffle & Noticed at work there wasn't a single chocolate peice.... Called had them put my name down. Went today to get my chocolate chip waffle and got what you see in the picture. I don't thinkthis was unexceptional, on top of the fact they made me pay $10.45 cents for my order. Knowing the waffle should of been free.Just a headache on Monday I didn't need. Read more
Prices not accurate!!! Bisc & Gravy priced @ $3.oo & when I paid for 2 orders it came to over $8.oo... was told that the prices... went up & there were also (2) take-out fees. Also asked for 2 orders as I was getting one for someone else, but they put it allin one container. Saw similar shenanigans @ the WH in Florida during the hurricanes... This is one restaurant that I'll neversupport in the future. Read more
