We won?t be visiting this location any longer. We?ve patronized this store over the last 3-4 months at different times and she?s... worked each time, although she wasn?t our server. Even though she is fairly nice to the customers, she is very rude &condescending to the employees (women). We have witnessed and heard her cut employees off mid-sentence, snap at them, talk loudand appear to discipline them in front of customers, told one of the young ladies to ?shut-up? and a full array of otherthings. This is totally out of line for Waffle House employees. I could care less about how long she?s been with the company.She?s a bully and violates the harassment-free workplace, if they have one!!!! It?s disappointing to know that people expectthis foolishness from Waffle House workers, but this is unacceptable. Read more
I walked in extremely hungry for a sandwich. As I was sitting waiting for my food a critter (roach) appeared on the counter and... traveled over behind the counter. I pointed at it and the waitress say it's not ours lol I said who cares its crawling aroundwith free range. I asked for my money back and will never visit that location again. So be well aware when you get your food orif you have a extra crunch in your meal lol Read more

Food was awesome but I'm going to keep it real and say the truth ... the coffee was terrible. The sweet tea was too sweet and... the butter that came on the toast was just not too good. That is all. Read more
Ronnie ( not quite sure of spelling) was on point!!!!! The food was fantastic. This location had a big commotion and drama... situation. He should be the manager here. He was the only one with his head on straight telling others to focus, taking care ofcustomers AND doing the jobs of wait staff ( getting drinks and orders), all while still managing the grill. Love it!! Good service for the people on duty (August 03 8:00 pm) the old lady is very kind and attentive.
This time we went and waited until they reopened at 5 PM. Staff was being trained. We might have been there when by ourselves or... only one other customer. Food was not cooked in a timely manner. The waitress nor grill was diligent about making sure the orderwas complete or done in a timely manner. Drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. Staff seemed more into themselves/whatthey were doing than customer oriented. I gave them a 3 star because my waffle was right and hot. Read more
My first time in south Carolina I went to the waffle house because it wasn't to far from my hotel I got the all star breakfast... with hash brown I believe it's called that. People was friendly and order was fast. Everything was good but the hash brown itwas ok. I thought I was getting a cubed hash brown but it was the shredded kind. Overall it was good. I went back the next dayand got sausage egg and grits bowl that was delicious. I would recommend it. Read more
