Laziest Wendy?s ever. I ordered through the mobile app and selected pickup in the drive thru. I go through the drive thru and... they say you just come inside now, you can only pick up in drive thru after 10pm. I cancelled my order immediately. This location is awful. The line is always wrapped around the building. It literally never moves. I have waited 10 minutes... without any one ever coming to the intercom. Please go elsewhere. The issues were there before the pandemic but have gottenworse since. The service you are lucky to recieve is minimal at best. They continously fail to give you the kids toy in the kidsmeal and then when you ask , they respond with it is just a book. Not friendly and food is often wrong. Read more
Been sitting in the line for 15 minutes, have been told over the mic 4 seperate times (without me asking or saying anything)... that they're doing a shift change. A shift change does not take 15 minutes and there is no reason to repeatedly scream it at me,I understand and I'll wait. This location always has something "broken" or something going wrong, don't even bother there'sanother Wendy's about 5 minutes away that is employed by people capable of doing the bare minimum of taking orders. This Wendy?s is absolutely trash. The service and workers are terrible and don?t even try to do their jobs properly. They?d... rather joke around inside than make food. Let alone make it properly. Had to wait in the drive through for over an hour as itwas taking them 15 to 20 minutes if not longer to complete one vehicles order at a time. The dining room is closed so thereshould be no reason why it would take them that long. They had at least 5 individuals working as well. If you want your fooddone properly and in any way of timely manner, than take your money elsewhere where you may actually get the quality andquantity for what you pay for. Man look here, do yourself a favor and just bypass this location. I've been to this location a few times in the passed few... months and everytime I go there, it's a problem. You can't eat in(to be fair, alot of places you cannot) but, they let their"friends" go in to hang out or order, the service is iffy, employees don't like to be asked questions, Sunday I couldn't get areceipt because the "receipt machine" was down(the employee said, I can take a picture of the screen and send it to you but Igave the employee my phone to take a picture of the screen, don't need my number)and........look at the multitude of fries thatwere received. Food was cold and rock solid. Burgers had NOTHING on them. Advertised specialty cups and drinks that they didn?t have. Drinks we... did choose taste disgusting; watered down. Kids cried, this trip was earned so they were completely let down. Experience ruined.Staff standing around discussing their schedule. I Asked for same item three times before someone would even look at me. Camehome to all of this so I called several times. No answer. No voicemail set up. Too angry to go down there. Don?t want to lose mymind. Thought to call other Wendy?s in area so we could just go there. Also no answer. Son is angry enough to tell his friendson his PS4 while sobbing. Never going again. This place needs to just close down. They take at least 20 minutes at times to even take your order. Then the food is barely hot... when you do finally get it. They close before its time and have people sitting in the drive thru thinking that they are stillopen. Read more
