The food is good but they move really slow! You can literally be in the peoples drive through for one hour and they won?t even... greet you at the window. I don?t know what?s happened, but they need work on their timely and customer service. It gives shamesWendy?s good name. Read more

Came from out of state to visit family, decided to stop by here for lunch on our way home. We enjoyed our experience so much... that we had to leave a review right away. Currently writing this in the parking lot while eating our lunch ???? Scott helped usat the drive-thru and he was the kindest person to ever help us in a drive thru, even most restaurants. He was so kind,personable, and professional. He saw our dog in the backseat and asked to give her a couple nuggets which she was very happyabout and I'm sure they were delicious. Me and my boyfriend thought the packaging, presentation, and tatses of our meals werebetter than most fast food we've had! Would definitely make this stop again! I agree with previous reviews. I went to this location on my lunch break at approx 2:50pm on Tuesday. I went through the drive . Once the person taking my... order confirmed my order I asked her could she make sure she puts ketchup in the bag. She felt the need to explain to me sheworks in front and does not put ketchup in bags. She said she will ask them to put ketchup in the bag. Mind you, though what shesaid may have bothered me a little it was more how it was said. The tone gave me the impression she will ask but can care lessif it happened. My response was thanks for the clarification. Admittedly there was a little sarcasm there. In my defense here,how often is it that we go to fast food resturaunts and have to ask for ketchup or you wont get any. But her next response wasworst. It was something to the effect sir you dont want to go there with me, i just went off on a customer earlier. I didn'thave to read between the lines here. When did pull forward to the window a young lady approached laughing about my enounter withthe employee over the speaker. I asked was that her she said no. Not sure if it was her or not but her voice did not sound thesame. I am not saying the customer is always right but I definitely will not tolerate threats from any one. This workeradmittedly demonstrated a pattern being confrontational with cutomers by her own admission and obviuosly lacks the patience forthe fast food industry. In my opinion should she be terminated. Yes...she is too comfortable with being confrontational withcustomers. For those wondering how I handled the situation, I simply requested that my order be canceled. Definitely was notgoing to just drive off but also wasn't going to argue over ketchup. I took my business to a restaurant the appreated me as acustomer that day. I also knew I would be getting a chance to write a review here, so here it is. Will I return to Wendy'sagain. Let me tell you , I dont know how this guy dose it but Scott is the NICEST person ive ever seen to work in a drive-thru , you... couldnt pay me enough to deal with the rude people ive seen come through this wendys and evertime hes always friendly and justdose his job damn good! Do not come here unless you prefer to wait 20+ minutes (day or evening shift) for incorrectly prepared food. This staff at this... location are careless and will not make any attempts to correct your order. If they spent as much time paying attention to whatthe customer was ordering instead of playing on their phones, they would probably be worthy of a two-star rating. Read more

Went by after a hot day of work for a cool frosty, but no signs saying the dinning room was closed! The door was locked and... nothing ????! Went down the street to McDonald?s and went in ordered and enjoyed sitting inside with my food. I guess I?m donewith Wendy?s and the continued dining room issues. Read more

Placed order online in the mobile app. Drive through was quick. Scott received my order. He was kind, friendly and... welcoming. Chicken biscuit was good but very small. The seasoned potatoes were salty and a bit over cooked. The classic eggcheese sandwich was okay. Read more
