The wings were good. The Steel Town Spuds (on tots because they were out of the fries) were good. The Wicked Weed beer was good.... The experience was really bad. We went on a Tuesday night. There were maybe four tables when we were there. Our waitress wasnew, so I understand that to some extent. But we first ordered 25 wings for our table. Toward the end of our 25 wings we decidedwe wanted a few more so we ordered 10 more. That?s when our waitress told us it was BOGO tonight, which would have completelychanged our order and more importantly our bill. To top it off, it took them 40 minutes to get our second order of wings out (20wings) and we were told the kitchen was backed up (with four tables, mind you). I called the manager a few days later (or atleast the guy who answered the phone claimed to be a manager) and he seemed disinterested. I won?t be back. Read more
First time eating here. The restaurant was clean, waitress was very courteous, and the food was pretty good.
Took a hour (togo) to get my food for it to be wrong. Then for them to say that's what they are when that the only flavor I ever... get. Then look and tasting like plain wings I asked for to just put lemon pepper in them I got this.... (picture) Read more
Went here on Saturday and was told only two servers and two cooks working. Can you come back in 15 to 20 min. We did we waited... another 10 min. Once got seat (restaurant only had few people) servers takes order after other 10 min. Food took 35 min Or more.Just two items. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I?ve had. We placed a very simple lunch... order for pick up and only one girl had any idea what was going on. After waiting for 15 minutes, they came out to tell us theywere out of what we wanted and that we needed to place a new order. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger without a bun (bcthey don?t have gluten free) with broccoli and this is what I got. No bacon, no cheese and no broccoli. Read more
Visit this place for the very first time, February 14th. We had to wait over an hour for our food, and the place was dang near... empty, the waitress Ainsley, was the best part of the experience, she kept apologizing, about our food not coming out, shewasn?t sure why and how long, when the food actually came out, the shrimps were burnt and hard, the chicken was dry and notseasoned, the rice was not seasoned, and the macaroni was fairly decent. Went to Wild Wing Cafe downtown Columbia SC today. We had James my special needs son and Sheldon my service dog with us. First... time we were treated as "less than". First they wanted us to eat outside in the patio. Then when we said we wanted to eatinside, we asked for a booth, as usual and they wanted us to eat in an area away from other diners. The manager did not want usto eat around the other people. Very disappointed in Wild Wing. While the manager was trying fnti find somewhere for us to eatthat would be ok for us, another waiter came and seated us in the booth we wanted. He tried to use Covid as an excuse when noone else was social distanced. And also comfort of other customers. We have never encountered service like this. Do better WildWing While here I felt like we had to beg for everything Our food was brought out at different times. We sat for quite a whilebefore we even got service. They were mad busy on a Friday night. Server was pretty overwhelmed, so we didn't get much attention. Hostess seemed to be lazy,... and unfriendly. Drinks were good, wings were good. Bryan did help us out. Server was very apologetic. Read more
