I had a bad experience my previous visit and had an odd conversation with the manager, but this time, they made up for it. My... food was cold the last time, it had the bag steaming this time. Got a grilled house salad. The cucumber and tomato in my salad were frozen and the lettuce was brown. Called the store and spoke... to the manager in regards to salad. She was nice and offered to remake the salad. Second salad wasn?t that much better. Saladstill had some brown lettuce in it. Definitely looks like they may have put fresher lettuce on top of old lettuce. Due to thecashier in the drive thru not giving me a receipt I wasn?t able to get a refund. I always order 2 ranches and 1 Buffalo sauce with my meal. The sauce is always wrong. Today I received 2 zax sauces and 1 ranch.... It would be nice if they got it right at least once. Pay extra for each sauce only to get the wrong ones. Read more

Ok, I got at 9:30pm, this is the latest I have ever been there. I the Big Znak snak. Eventhough, I arrived 30 minutes to closing... I thought I would receive a decent portion. The fries did not cover the bottom of the container and can you say heat lamp. Thesefries were dry from sitting there for a while. The chicken fingers, were very hard. My advice do not go 30 minutes prior toclosing. The toast was the only item that was excellent. Did not expect this from Zaxby's. What can I say, I was a Saturdaynight. I have learned my lesson. Be careful going through the drive through and check your food before driving away. My wings are swimming in sauce, I can?t even... eat them. They are dripping when I pick them up out of the half inch of sauce in the container. So disappointing ???? Read more

We are not frequent customers at Zaxby?s, but wanted to give them a try. First time experience at this location. Waited in the... drive through and ordered a kids meal with a sprite and kickin chicken meal with a coke. After sitting in line and paying, wegot our food and no drinks. While waiting on our drinks, I opened the food and saw a chicken finger meal. I showed Keasia thatthe order was wrong and she caught a bad attitude with my husband and I. After looking at what we were charged, our ticket wascorrect. Another employee came up and was being nice, trying to help and all she could do is be rude to us. We told the otheremployee the order was wrong and we were also missing our drinks. Keasia responded, ?We are working on it? and slammed thewindow shut. Once we received our food, it was hot and fresh, but I would much rather not deal with someone that has a badattitude. After all, it was not our fault the order was wrong.
