Every time I have gone to this location in the last 4 years, I have experienced one of the following: 1. In correct orders,... something seems to always be wrong and the staff are standoff-ish and rude when corrected. 2. The wait time is long, and nocustomer has time to wait as long as they make you, for sub-standard food. Often over cooked. 3. And for tonight, they told methat they were out of food and were not going "GOING" to take anymore orders. I'm done, zaxbys has lost me as a customer, itwill a rough day that takes me back to them. I had the original chicken sandwich and I wasn't crazy about it. It was okay but I've had chicken sandwiches that are far better... than that one. I think the fries I received would have tasted better if they were more than lukewarm. I had waited in linealmost 20 minutes and once I got to the window, the lady thought I had ordered some kiddie order. She forced me forward foranother 10 minutes. Read more

The food was delicious but when I went in the restaurant the counter was sticky so I peeled my bag off the counter. The drink... machine had ice built up in the back and needed to be cleaned. Employees were just standing with their back to counter, armscrossed not paying attention to customers nor working. I will not be back. . Read more

Had to wait 30 plus minutes for a door dash order...the Chick-fil-A's wannabe's lobby was closed, had to go through drive... thru... signs up however saying park your order is inside. Customer service was awful as well. This is by far the worsezaxby's I've ever been too. Please replace this place with at least a Popeyes Chicken, damn a KFC would be better! Plus yallcharging gourmet prices for gas station service and products... please have your team go train with Chick-fil-A staff. Read more

I would have given them five stars, but here's my issue I was hyped to receive a service that I didn't get. I order from this... location all the time and was super excited to order the New Loaded Fries. Received my fries delivery through the app and wasquickly disappointed, the chicken was excluded from my Loaded Fries. Other than that this is a great location. Read more

Went on 9/27. Ordered just a 10 pc boneless wing. They gave me the food and I went next door to the auto parts store to eat it... when I realized they had given me only 7 wings(which were cold). I went right back to the drive thru window and told the ladywith super long fingernails. She said,?you go to the house?? I said no, I just saw you 2 minutes ago. With a disgusted look onher face she talks to the kitchen for a moment and when she comes back she tries to refuse to fulfill my order saying,?since youleft a while ago we won?t be able to?? I pull up to the speaker box to the driest person ever. She was rude and impatient. I get to the window and my order is wrong.... So we had to wait of course for our meal which should?ve been hot since we had to wait for it. Nope. The sandwich was cold asever. I promise this is all that I got in this container. First popeyes, then McDonald's now Zaxbys. I dont know if corporate got them... doing this on purpose.
