I sat In the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. My order was taken but was not told that there was no food. I had to... eventually call the restaurant to figure out what was going on. This used to be my favorite Zaxbys but not anymore. Thislocation closes at 10:00pm and I arrived before 9:00pm. It is really sad that this establishment allows for their employees totake orders knowing that they don?t have the capacity to serve customers. 0 starts if I could because my precious time waswasted on insufficient communication by staff members. We waited in the drive thru line for 25-30 minutes only to get to the speaker and they tell us they?re not taking anymore orders... because they ?don?t have any food? although it was 2 cars in front of us and a car behind us that stayed in line because theywere getting food. Because we waited in line so long, almost everything else decent was closed or almost closed. Franchisee, I just frequented your restaurant as I often do. It took nearly 20 minutes to get a Wings and Things order. I was... the only customer and the restaurant was not busy. Lastly, you had 5 employees arguing at the top of their lungs in therestaurant before they took their argument outside the front door. Your team needs to be fired!
