Community atmosphere, hardworking staff, & lots of variety. From the fresh fried fish to the cobblers, try a bit of everything.

I?m in here every single week & I?ve got to say, it?s pretty good! The food is usually fresh and hot, and there?s always a good... selection on the buffet. If I had anything to critic it would be that sometimes they take awhile to refill the food on the bar,so if there?s something specific you want just take into consideration that you might have to wait for it. But then it?s freshso ??????? The waitresses are always very sweet and treat us like family. Read more

I'm absolutely thrilled Farmers Family Restaurant is still open! They've moved twice since I started coming to it back in it's... original location. You will not find a better southern country buffet ANYWHERE. The selections are numerous and amazing, everything from the collard greens to the fried oysters is seasoned perfectly. Want cobbler? There's 3 different kinds and breadpudding with fresh peaches and raisins. Gator tail and frog legs? Friday night is your night! The salad bar is stocked withdifferent greens. Farmers has an amazing crew and the atmosphere is great, they even brought the log-cabin-esq wood from thelast location so it's perfectly familiar. Go here, eat up, be merry! Read more

Loved going on seafood night!! First time going since they relocated. The cook in the back was extremely busy trying to keep the... buffet filled. My aunt politely asked him when steak would be brought out and he was so sweet he asked how we wanted ours cookedand he brought our steaks out to us personally. That was excellent service when he didn't need to and they were cooked toperfection!! Will definitely be back! Read more

If I could give less than one I definitely would. Am trying to get in touch with Billy Raynor the owner, so far haven't been... able to. My son who has a couple of disabilities was treated really rudely and I won't rest until the matter is addressed. Ileft my name and number for Mr. Raynor, let's see how it's handled. Read more

Took my Family for breakfast. The place was at about 30% capacity. We stood there for over 5 minutes and was never even... acknowledged we were standing there. We watched the owner/manager ring somebody out and sit there and chit chat while we watchedanother employee sit at a table and arrange sugar packets. Seriously...just some eye contact or "good morning...we will beright with you" or something. We ultimately left and won't be back. Read more

Just OK. Waitress was nice, the place is fairly clean, but only about half the food was tasty. Many items tasted like mushy... water, especially the Mac n Cheese - zero flavor, and it seemed like the noodles had been in water for 24 hrs soaking. Evensome of the veggies didn't taste right. The ribs were OK as well as some other meat products, like the fried shrimp, friedchicken, and frog legs. Overall, from my experience, it's overpriced for what you get. Read more

My family enjoyed their breakfast buffet after church a couple weeks back. Food quality and selection was better than I expected... given the reviews. It's good home style southern cooking, family style buffet not a country club experience. That being said, myentire family, including the picky eaters loved it and want to go back to try their dinner buffet soon. In regard to theservice, I believe everyone needs a little grace these days. After speaking with our server, they have been super busy sincemoving into their new location and can't get enough help. Considering our server was one of two for the entire floor, I thoughtthe service we received was fabulous. Looking forward to going back! Read more
