Just stopped at this location.Slow and rude people.The place was nasty.Drive thru line a mile long,went into lobby they serve... the Doordash customers but told me only the drive thru was open.I left,this place is a Disgrace to the Krystal brand.Such agood product but terrible service. Read more
Upon my hesitant visit other than a very tiny craving I decided to go inside the nasty dirty facility to place my order. I was... greeted with "Its going to be a hot minute before I can take your order" I already knew that I was in for it, lol. The rudeattendant that was chewing her gum as if it were a tough steak tried her best to make me wait, which I did. I will never go tothis nasty place no matter how bad I need to satisfy my Krystal craving. They should condem thus building and the rude employeeswith it. Read more
My husband loves this place? but that right there, very obviously, is black mold covering the vents ???? This is the view from... the drive through window. I feel especially bad for the workers having to work daily in such a harmful environment, but also thecustomers breathing this in. So gross! Also don?t have your employees try to scrub this off after reading this review, thatwould be even more harmful to their health. This kind of mold needs to specially remediated. I drove twenty minutes out of the way when I got off work to get some Krystals. I ordered a sackful with cheese, a kid's meal... and 2 large fries. I drive an hour home and realize they shorted me the two fries. I tried to call, but I guess that's not anoption. I guess I just lost $5 or $6 bucks. Read more
Every time I come here it never fails the older woman I?m assuming is the manager on the clock is so hateful to the other... employees and just degrading them. This time I came up to the window she was yelling across the restaurant at this otheremployee for doing what she was told by a man that works there. Then she comes to the window to help the new employee and ishateful to her for not making the drinks before she took my money and was all aggressive and flinging cups around and was tryingto make to many drinks when the young lady at the window told her she only has a lemonade she got all hateful and tried tocorrect her when she was in the wrong and the young lady at the window was right? I feel so sorry for those employees having towork around such hostility! Read more
Horrible service. Ordered a 2 strawberry shakes and a chocolate shake. They told me to pull around and wait for the shakes so I... did. A few minutes later they came around and told me they were out of strawberry after I already paid. Didn?t offer for arefund. The chocolate also didn?t have hardly any flavoring. Showed up today at about 12:15pm. Parked my car and attempted to go inside, since there was a HUGE sign saying "dining room now... open". Door was locked. Ran back to my car, in the pouring rain. Decided to hit the drive through since there were only fourcars in line. Got trapped in their line for FORTY FIVE minutes. When I got to the window finally, the lady told me I'd have towait for a bit for her to be able to help me. When I brought up how long I had already been in line, she did not care at all,had a terrible attitude. Had to leave and go somewhere else after wasting almost an hour of my time and who knows how much gas.This Krystal needs to be closed, or everyone needs to be fired. Awful awful AWFUL Read more
