Been a while since I ate here, got the Italian. Shocked that it was such a small sandwich. I was expecting much more after... having some of their other sandwiches in the past. I could have and maybe should have gone to another place down the road whereI could get a sandwich, chips and a drink for less than what I paid for this baby Italian. Where do I begin? The young man who took our order, was friendly, and professional. That's why I even gave them 2 stars. I... ordered a club sandwich, toasted. Took forever to get my club sandwich, and guess what, it wasn't toasted. So I took it to theyoung man, who originally took the order, and told him the problem. He apologized, and told me it would be ready in just a fewminutes. I waited, and waited... Just as I was about to cancel my order, and ask for a refund, my food arrives from the kitchen,toasted, but cold as could be. At this point, I no longer want to eat this. I also will NEVER eat at this particular locationagain. If the kitchen staff is that incompetent, I do not trust them, to prepare my , or my loved ones' food. Besides,Applebee's is right next door. No sweet tea, no spuds, no lettuce extremely dirty dining area as nobody is clearing tables. Bathroom is wet no towels to dry... hands so hopefully the wetness is from people air drying their hands? However not likely. I love McAllisters as they are usuallythe standard of quality and cleanliness however this location needs a manager. Read more

I just stopped by to place a to-go order. Only 2 customers sitting in a booth in the entire place. When I approached the... counter, there was a young girl from the back at the front counter talking to another young girl on the customer side. There wasa guy who was at the register when I entered but left to go to the back as I approached the counter. No one acknowledged me. Notonce. There was also a young girl cleaning tables the entire time. Both of the original counter folks entered and left yetagain, with again no acknowledgement that I was waiting to order. I asked another young lady working in the back if there was amanager I could speak to and she said she would get someone. She was actually working and it wasn?t her place to take my order.The one who ignored me said ?it wasn?t her job? when I asked her about it. All very unprofessional and very disappointing. I?mshocked they are able to staff that amount of team members (I saw 5 total) and stay open with such terrible customer service. Ileft. Never got to place an order but would not go back at this point. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Do betterfolks. Your jobs are not guaranteed.
