Went at 9 pm. Waited for a long time but was fine because I ordered a few things. First they were out of tater tots. Then They... left out my small pop corn chicken and in the bacon breakfast burrito I ordered is only egg. No cheese or bacon. And mymilkshake was melted when they handed it to me. Disappointing and figured since I waited so long they wouldn?t have leftanything out. Read more
The night shift at this sonic can't do anything right. They are always out of multiple things, leave out the cheese sauce that... goes with the pretzel every time. There is a problem nearly everytime I go here in the evenings. The day shift is always great. Read more

It took fifteen minutes, after checking in, to receive a mobile order that was just a burger and mozzarella sticks. Eight... minutes after it said that "A******" was on her way with the food, it still hadn't come. We used the red button to ask, and afew minutes later it came out, very cold. It had obviously been sitting out and forgotten. The mozzarella sticks were hard, andeven the meat of the burger was no longer warm... like leftovers. Worse, there was no apology or offer to compensate for loss oftime or trouble. Very, very disappointing. Edit: thanks for the reply.
