Went at 9 pm. Waited for a long time but was fine because I ordered a few things. First they were out of tater tots. Then They... left out my small pop corn chicken and in the bacon breakfast burrito I ordered is only egg. No cheese or bacon. And mymilkshake was melted when they handed it to me. Disappointing and figured since I waited so long they wouldn?t have leftanything out. Read more
The night shift at this sonic can't do anything right. They are always out of multiple things, leave out the cheese sauce that... goes with the pretzel every time. There is a problem nearly everytime I go here in the evenings. The day shift is always great. Read more
Late night dinner? Don?t waste your time. Second time showing up at 9:40pm and NO ONE IS WORKING. waited 20 min to place an... order before leaving.Hours show that they are open till 11. Management needs to get get this location back in gear. Read more
Order three drinks all wrong, the grape sauce was weak didn't have any grape in it and the other two drinks are completely... wrong. still her after 30 mins trying to get them to right! Read more
Great place to come and watch a blinking red button for 30 minutes while they fill everyone else's order.... 40 minute update.... They stopped taking orders after taking several orders after we had pulled in. Need to hire more or better staff if they can'thandle orders Read more
Not happy. I paid for my order with my card at the kiosk. Payment went through no problem. The carhop brings my food and says I... didn?t pay for it. She takes my card and pays out a WHOLE DIFFERENT ORDER WITH MY CARD! Got the situation ?fixed? I had moneyrefunded. Finally get back home to eat after sitting there for 40+ mins to find out my whole order looks burnt. Tenders, tots,toast. All burnt and hard. Will not be back to this sonic location. This is by far the worst location I've been to. We ordered 2 small basic orders and were sitting there for at least 45 minutes... for the whole ordeal. Took forever for order to be taken or delivered. Brought my son's order but not mine. Didn't bring hiscondiments. Had to buzz them. Said they would bring them. NEVER HAPPENED. The chicken he got was terrible. Brought my order. Mycheese sticks were great but my lemon berry slush was runny. Asked about the condiments and she said she'd get them. I told herhe'd already eaten his meal by this point. She said she'd get me another slush and it would only take about 2 minutes. It tookabout 10 minutes. This slush was the same. The order boards kept messing up and I couldn't pay through them. I'll never go backto this Sonic! Highly recommend if you don't want to sit for nearly an hour and your food and drinks be yucky, then stay faraway!!! Read more
It took fifteen minutes, after checking in, to receive a mobile order that was just a burger and mozzarella sticks. Eight... minutes after it said that "A******" was on her way with the food, it still hadn't come. We used the red button to ask, and afew minutes later it came out, very cold. It had obviously been sitting out and forgotten. The mozzarella sticks were hard, andeven the meat of the burger was no longer warm... like leftovers. Worse, there was no apology or offer to compensate for loss oftime or trouble. Very, very disappointing. Edit: thanks for the reply. I did give the same feedback when we got the standardemail asking for it. Everyone can have an odd night. Will update the review further if anything comes from the feedback. Read more
