Caleb at this location is the rudest person. It was as if he was too lazy to open his mouth to far to speak. He also said... something and of course I ask him what he said he look at me like I was the dumbest person alive. Wife order online and the subs were made wrong. She called and was referred to Manager Ken. He was very rude and nothing was... resolved. He called her back and was very rude again and told her not to order online because they didn't like doing onlineorders anyway. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The store manager makes coming here miserable. He is so terrible I make sure to drive by the... store first, if he is working I go to jersey Mike's. Its not worth having him make me, the customer, feel like I'm a burden. Ijust want to order my sandwich, pay, and leave. I've seen him talk down on an elderly man for being slow, in front of me. I wasso disgusted I choose not to come anymore. I wish they would promote a deserving employee with good customer service to hisposition.
