i ordered 2 steak quesoritios and 2 grilled cheese burritos. All of them barely had anything in them. I normally get them at... another tacobell that actually makes them better and makes them the right way. I personally dont recommend this taco belllocation. HELL YEAH!!!! I finally got the Mexican Pizza today! Never really had any problems with Taco Bell except for when they removed... it from the menu & the long long wait for it to become unsold out from the announcement! My order was messed up and when I tried to call the store no one answered? I would have given one star as this isn?t the first... time they have messed up my order but it?s incredibly simple soft tacos only meat and cheese? anyways there was this amazingsweet woman working this evening and after just leaving the hospital with my son whom broke his ankle I had had a rough day atwork and just wanted to eat at 1130 pm? she was incredibly patient with us as I had two forms of payment and was a littlehectic. Anyways she is my hero! This was a horrible experience. I will add that I have some dietary issues with certain foodsand are not able to eat them where is the problem tonight. Horrible location to get food from. The food is always wrong always. You Pay for extra spicy ranch you get no spicy ranch and... extra cheese, or you get a dab of spicy ranch and no extra but still less than normal. The potatoes are always either halffrozen still, burnt to heck or not enough sour cream, the hardshell always stale so are the chips for chips and cheese. I'venever been to a more terrible Taco bell. I've been to ones all over TN, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin,California, New York and so on. Kentucky was bad but this location takes the cake on poor quality and lack of care, as well asbeing ripped off. Read more

At first they forgot our chips. They thought we were lying when we told them that they didn?t include our chips. So they came... back and gave us chips. Here?s what they gave us?. They also screwed up other parts of the order. This isn?t the first timewe?ve had a bad experience here. Read more
