This was our first time eating here and it was okay. I really don't like subway but they do put more on your sandwiches than... Jimmy John's! Jimmy John's is outstanding! Service at this Columbia City location is a class act! My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunters Club... sandwich. It is a double portion of roast beef, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo. (Do yourself a favor and have themadd some black pepper.) A little known fact is that they have day old bread, which is great, available for $0.50 a piece. What agreat deal! Read more
Always getting Jimmy John's for a quick bite. Clean place. Free smells. They sell day old bread for basically nothing. Sometimes... forgets a straw, mayo packets, or napkins. Great overall. Read more
Id put 0 stars if i could, like this is the worse experience I've ever had with a jimmy johns. took two hours to get my... sandwiches after i called 3 times, then the only reason why i knew my food was there was cause i walked outside they left it inthe alley and the wind knocked over the bag and my sandwich was on the ground in the alley and the only thing the manager saidwas sorry, what a poor pathetic excuse of a company, I literally NEVER write reviews like this but what a joke thiscompany/franchise is missing 3 bag of chips. Ordered the ham sandwich with lettuce, onions and pickels. Got one very thin slice of ham no pickles no onions. After the staff... was informed no credit or other form of compensation was offered. As I sat I noticed the guy making the sandwiches made severalmistakes on another customer's order. Very poor service at this Jimmy John's place. Read more
They are never fast. The facility is very clean but seriously, the wait time is longer than McDonald's and Subway. They skimp on... almost any extras you ask for. Want extra guac? Here is half a small cup. They have messed up my orders a few times. I stoppedgoing and gave them another chance recently. They are still disappointingly slow. Read more
If I can give 0 stars i would. Out of 3 times ordering i have had to wait over an hour all 3 times. How can you constantly run... out of bread. That is your job.
