Worst Service Ever - wish we had read recent reviews first because nothing has changed since they were written. Walked into... what seemed to be pick up door for carry out orders and asked if we could dine in and seat ourselves (so we were acknowledged bysomeone). Sat in booth (myself, husband and 4 year old) and waited for waiter. Waiter walked past us to the back. Another couplecame in and sat in a different booth. Waiter came out and took their order, not even acknowledging us. Other table receivedtheir food and drinks before our order was taken (Nearly an hour after being here). By the time our food arrived, the othercouple was already leaving. Management was witnessed just playing on phone as well. Server name on receipt was Elijah. Food wasgood but this looks very poor on Pizza King. Very disappointed Read more
Never again... Not this location at least. The pizza was delicious! But... We walked in what is apparently a side door, but also... the door on the side of the parking lot. Menus on every table, but no server to take out order. Confused I went to the front toplace our order myself. I still had to go back up to ask for our drinks since they didn't bring them out. While eating, weheard about who should be fired, etc. Great food, but we won't come again. Read more
Sitting in the dining room as of right now been sitting here for 20 minutes not a single person has looked this way to help us... we are in clear view of the workers, also walked in and every single table is dirty so were not only waiting forever to gethelped but we’re sitting at a dirty table. I don’t want to be rude and be like hello were sitting here at the same time dothey ever clean their tables off? The level of dysfunction cannot even be described! Terrible experience. Ordered pizza they said it would be ready in 30... minutes. So after 35 minutes I went to pick up my pizza. I arrived my pizza is not ready they were just putting it in the oven.When I got there there were 3 ladies working. One of them was very busy waiting on the dining room and trying to help out withthe to go orders. The other one was also busy on the phone taking orders and the last one was screaming and barking out ordersto the other two. I waited another half an hour standing in the small area waiting for my pizza to be finished just to get ithome and the pizza was sub-par at best . And the salad I paid $8 for was small full of brown lettuce no cheese and a singleslice of ripped up ham. Kitchen was unclean and baking dishes were just thrown on the floor. I don't think I've ever left a bad review, but I think this is deserved of one. I ordered the spaghetti Alfredo, which only... comes in size large, for about $8. Going home I wasn't even sure I received my pasta because the container was so small. Andwhen I opened it, it was swimming in oil, I have a picture of when I took out the pasta. It tasted how you'd think it would (Ionly took a bite btw, I didn't eat all of it lol). Pretty disappointed for how much I paid. Not to mention, the marinara wascold, the breadsticks are small, and the pizza didn't seem fresh. Anyway, don't wanna come here again. Read more
Nice quiet Family Pizza place and they even have a game zone for kids. A great salad bar. We ordered 4 large ???? and we had 4... salad bars there was 8 of us and we had a great time. He has pictures of sports players like Sammy Sota and Babe Ruth hanging upand all kinds of sports memberabilia. Nice place but pretty expensive. Read more
This place has gone down hill, like fell off a cliff downhill. Our last experience was so bad, I was waiting for Ashton to jump... out and say we were getting punked. 2.5 hours for pizza and breadsticks to arrive. The box was smashed and all the cheese wasstuck to the top of the box. breadsticks were terrible. we asked for halfbaked and got well done cardboard. The driver had atotal $10 more than they said on the phone. I asked for a $10 bill back to leave her with an $8 tip, she said how about $5. Sheonly had a 5, and 20's. I said ok and just had to laugh, wasn't her fault. Anyway, sad to say pizza king is not what it used tobe. Read more
