Probably the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. Our order was not correct, which isn't the bad part. They... fixed our order, but the people in front of us probably waited 30 minutes for their food. They decided to get the order to gobecause it took so long. The kid was like 15 but had facial hair by the time they left. As we were eating, the kitchen crewhad a pretty big argument in the back, several heavy swear words being thrown around while yelling at each other. Yikes allaround. Would recommend another fast food eating establishment in the area. Read more
I went through after an awful day at work; just wanted to get my boyfriend and I some food to take home, I got nachos extra... beef. They forgot to put them in the bag (no biggie it happens, I've worked fast food before I get it) we went back throughwaited for them to remake it. Then got them back with the extra beef but like nothing else on them. I paid extra for them togive 90% of what I ordered. This taco bell has messed my order in the past but I don't think I'll be going to this taco bellagain -5 stars. Read more

Always takes at least 20 minutes to get through drive thru. After waiting forever they still manage to screw up your order... EVERYTIME. Asked for no lettuce, and no tomato got lettuce and tomato. Asked for chips and cheese couldn't even manageto throwchips in...got cheese though. Plus it's not like you can run in real fast to have them correct their screw ups either, no you'dhave to wait at least a half hour at that point because the drive thru is now backed up from waiting so long from them to takingyour order and getting cars through. At this point running to one of the fort wayne taco bells would be more faster and at leastI would get what I ordered. Read more
First off, the outside lights were not even lit, looked as if it was closed.Then we go in took 10 minutes just to order... food,when everyone else was just waiting for food. 25 minutes later our food was done, no sorry for your wait or anything. Thesephotos are the tacos I ordered,thought maybe waiting 25 mins would get me at least a fresh non cracked taco? All 6 of our tacoswere like this. Read more
The service was great and fast...they did a nice job on my food...it was not prepared sloppily but very neatly. The seating... area was clean and presentable..The restrooms were maintained. The decor in the restaurant was modern. This taco bell servesbreakfast food..so that's good to know????. I would definitely stop here again for lunch Read more
It's a Taco Bell, so adjust accordingly. Still good food, reasonably priced. Our local one is hit or miss, or it would have... gotten five stars. Read more
