The worst experience today at A&W, as we placed out order in the drive thru, get to the window to confirm my order ended up... getting charged for mini corn dogs that I didn't order. After telling the attendant this he still charged me for it. He gave methe receipt and when I explained he still charged me, he asked if I wanted a refund? I finally get my refund and my order drive10 miles home with 2 small children to open our bags and find we received 3 small fries with nothing else from our order. Wedrive back out there and they had 2 of our sandwiches ready and we had to wait another 10 minutes for the 3rd sandwich becausethey gave ours away. By the time we got home it was all cold. So very disappointing. If you go thru the drive thru make sure youopen all your bags. And the sign that says your apologies for being understaffed maybe if you didn't have 3 young girlsstanding around chatting rather than messing up orders people would have more patience . Read more
I love their burgers but they are so salty. No salt on the fries so why on the meat. Loved having to go inside it was clean,... friendly and didn't have to wait long. Read more
One of the worst. Hamburger was cold and tasteless. Pork tenderloin was just a little tough. Fries were cold. The best thing... about this restaurant was the cashier who is a foreign exchange student from Hungary. Zhe was very nice and pleasant. Oh, andthe place was filthy. Read more
This place is really bad! First off, the young lady taking orders was rude. She made a snarky comment when I was ordering. Then,... she came out later to put the chairs up on the tables. She wiped the tables and then put the dirty chairs on the clean tables.When I asked about the chairs being clean, she asked me if I wanted an application. Really? How about just accept feedback andlearn something. She then went back to tell her supervisor, loudly. They both came out to sweep and insisted on sweeping underour table while we were sitting there. Never had that happen before. This, is all on top of the fact that it took 19 minutesfor our food and probably would have taken longer if I hadn't asked about it. It was sitting there waiting to be delivered.Guessing it had been there for a little while because none of it was particularly hot. Also, they close the lobby a half hourbefore closing. They make it very known they want you gone. The manager loudly announced that the lobby closed in 10 minutes andtold the staff to lock the doors when that 10 minutes was up. There were no towels in either of the restrooms. My nephew hadspecifically chosen this restaurant. He talked all day about going and this was our experience. This is all a reflection ofpoor management. Having owned a restaurant previously, I would never have let any of my staff talk to customers like that. Read more
Always friendly great service even when jammed packed!! And appeal to the customers! Not a whole lot of places that offer... specials like they do during these times and the fact the cashier was wearing a Raiders jacket I'm sold. Thanks Read more
I waited in line for at least 20 minutes, ordered food for the family (4 people). I finally got the order and it was incorrect.... I called the restaurant and spoke with a female in charge that afternoon. She argued with me on the items ordered. I was toldthat " we got the food we paid for" and she would not "give us free food", referring to the food we ordered and didn't receive. So the issue was we didn't receive the items we ordered, we received food that we didn't order and the manager was unwilling tocorrect their mistake. Her excuse was we got the food we payed for...but the food we paid for was not the food we ordered. Terrible service! I was really wanting a Coney dog with chili ???? never happened, my wife didn't get what she wanted. Weended up with 5 A&W floats, for the 4 of us...IDK what to say but keep this up and you probably won't stay open much longer. Read more
Possibly the worst drive thru experience I?ve ever experienced. The location is great and probably do great business but it?s... horrible. Not only did I literally sit in line for almost 15 min, the root beer was completely flat. Some may love the ConeyDog?s so I won?t criticize except to say, you better like cheese Whiz. Whoever owns this business should be ashamed. Read more
Excellent food and got the order correct for the drive-thru. Win-win in my book.
