Absolutely disappointed in the service. Ordered food online at 1pm for a 5pm pick up and waited over 1 hour in the drive though... for our food with no refund, free anything. Just a it's almost done every few seconds. Read more
I ordered pizza for delivery it took almost an hour for my delivery then when they finally came they forgot one of my pizzas.... Driver said he was going to go back and get it and bring it back but the restaurant closed. I wasn?t able to get a hold ofanyone. What a disappointment! Ordered online with expected wait time 25 minutes. Upon arrival the older lady working up front was... really rude in directing me where to go for pick up. After waiting for over an hour, I finally asked her for an ETA again. Shecouldn?t find the order (it was never made), stood there whining how she doesn?t get paid enough to deal with this stuff andjust walked away. I finally got another employees attention and got a refund. I have never seen a Pizza Hut run this poorly. Iwill not ever try to eat here again. I usually always order from this Pizza Hut as I?ve had very minimal issues in the past. However, I?ve noticed the last couple of... times my breadsticks have been unpleasantly over cooked causing them to be hard when trying to eat, also making them tasteburnt. This time not only was it the breadsticks, but also my pizza crust! I?m highly unimpressed. I specifically order fromhere for the pan crust, and received what tastes and feels like cardboard. Great staff!! I love the amazing people who don't get paid enough but I couldn't get the pizza for dining in so I ordered carry... out waited 20 minutes not bad. Last time we went here we sat inside and the food was great. This time we decided to get it as a carryout. We ordered a... pepperoni pizza and added black olives and cheese bread. The pizza had a miniscule amount of olives and literally 5 slices ofpepperoni. No thanks again, we will go to STAGELINE PIZZA because at least we get what we pay for. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Read more
