Prices on menu are NOT up to date. Unless you are paying attention they just charge you a higher price. When I confronted them &... letting them know they were being unlawful. The only response they would give was there was NO manager on duty except 1st shifthours & they instructed to charge higher price with out letting customers know. I stated at that time that they should contactthem/immediately let EVERY customer know if they choose something priced incorrectly & that they were being UNLAWFUL chargingNOT the "Posted Pricing". Basically got an "OH WELL" "TGAT THE PRICE". Also, when asked at location & over the phone stating thecurrent hours are unchanged. But, Still Closing EVERY night at 10pm. Read more
Worst White Castle in the franchise that I've visited. When I orded my food and went to sit down low and behold there was some... sort of red goo on one bench seat, and remnants of a cola and the aftermath of a food fight apparently on another table. Ididn't know where to sit, on the greasy floor perhaps? Now, ilove greasy food. But a floor, really. When my order was ready Iwas already disgusted by my 10 minute wait in food fight land that when I realized they had charged me $1 for 1 cheese sauce Idemanded my money back. Why have only small and medium cheese-fries, they come with cheese goop plastered all over them! Butwhen I buy a sack of fries to make a large cheese fries(aka enough to fill me up) you add $1 for less cheese goop than goes on amedium fry? Are you lunatics, depraved in your greed for my $1? The whole crew seemed timid and scared as if they really didn'twant to be working there, the manager didn't know how to refund my money and sat typing at the register until (luckily for allinvolved) HIS manager happened in and she told my refund would be on my card in 2 to 3 business days, lol. Cheese curd heaven! See those guys? They make White Castle proud with their amazing curd frying ability. Never have I ever had... such fire cheese in my mouth before last night.
