The second we walked in they told us they're out of everything and we can go to Taco Bell. They were indeed out of every single... sauce besides ketchup and mayo, plus a couple ice cream flavors. My first visit and I was greeted at the door. The cashier saw me and immediately greeted with eye contact and I placed my order.... The pancakes were served hot and the temperature of the food was perfect. I admit I was extremely hungry so these pancakes wereconsumed quickly. Jack's is a fine place to eat if you desire southern hospitality. I sat and listened to the employees andguest chat and laugh. Today's visit restored my faith In HUMANITY. This location seemed to be having issues today. The girl running the drive-thru couldn't seem to get it together. Maybe she was... new? I don't know, but my food was free. It wasn't what I ordered, but I won't complain since I didn't have to pay for it. Maybethey will do better next time. This location has been spot on in the past. Just went thru the drive thru and one of the nicest ladies was working the window. I did not catch her name but people like her... makes me think there is hope for society. I love meeting people like this. Read more

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:22. I arrived 15 mins later to give them time to make the order and... they hadn?t even started it and had to fish my receipt out of the trash to make it. It took another 25 mins of me standing inthe lobby waiting for it to finally be ready. While I was waiting an employee and I?m assuming a manager started arguing andcussing quite loudly. Red headed manager(?) has zero customer service skills and kept walking by people waiting to order in thelobby. Short staffed or not it?s not hard to be polite to customers. Read more
We loved the food when they first opened. Burgers were better than McDonalds. The chicken better than KFC (their closed now).... The breakfast was great! Our last three visits were disappointing. Burgers were dry and cold. Breakfast was about half theportions of original servings. Chicken dinners were dried and over cooked. Slaw was dry and tasteless . Biscuits were dry andhard. Mashed potatoes were cold. We want to support local businesses. This is a shame. Read more
New management had the place running well up until recently. Folx that don't care to pay attention to their job, would rather... stand around and talk. Food tastes good, though. I wish they would pay their employees enough to enjoy their job & put moreeffort in. Read more
