I always hate going to McDonalds, they take forever the food isn?t good and so on. But this McDonald?s has never disappointed... me. They are quick to help you and very kind! Kind and hard workers are hard to come by these days but every employee here hasalways helped me, greeted me with a smile, thanked me and over all been very kind. This McDonald?s is always hit or miss. Went through the drive through to get some food for my family. After having to repeat... every detail of my order 2 times, they still got it completely wrong! Told them we didn?t have the correct items, then theywalked away, didn?t say anything. Came back 5 minutes later, and just gave us some more food. Also wasn?t what we ordered? Thenwe get home, and one of my burgers literally doesn?t have a patty on it???? Like seriously? I?m not even mad, it?s justembarrassing. Unfortunate that I?ll keep coming back anyways, as this is one of the few cheap spots for food in town. I get thatit?s McDonald?s, but come on, no patty? For shame. Read more
You gotta try very hard to be the worst McDonald's and this location has done it. Was told to hold at drive thru speaker and... waited for about 6 mins. After i gave up I drove around and there wasn't one single car at the window and the employees werejust sitting around. I know McDonald's can only hire the worst of the worst of any type of work force but this location must oftried extra hard to hire employees that have low IQ or convict labor but i believe this location succeeded in finding peopleeven below that. I am usually stopping here on my way to or from work. The past couple of times my food has been wrong and tonight I received... Old burgers that were cold with burnt layer on them. I live 20-25 minutes from this McDonald's. I tried calling the store totalk to a manager about this with no answer for 2 hours. I give up on this McDonald's. *** Eat at your own risk*** Wanted toUpdate my post again since it has been 2 years ago. Today I stopped by to give it another chance and .... well...... it wasjust like last time. Burnt burger and no answer. I even called the comment and concern line just to get an answering machine. My last visit was actually the best service I've had at this location. I ordered through the mobile app but dined in with my... grandson. The young lady made my small coffee, with a shot of caramel and a shot of vanilla and of course cream and sugar, justperfect although I had to get a little ice added because it was so hot. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I just didn'twant to burn the heck out of my tongue. Read more
