Food was fair....cold subs were okay but the Reuben had barely any meat or kaurt and tasted bad.
I have never been so annoyed as I am tonight! My daughter drove 21 minutes to get 2 orders of burned shrimp and a tiny salad not... prepared the way we asked where are the fries? We love the food at the Sandwich Factory...the only thing that bothers me is. On the website the prices are not correct, which... is really not a big problem. What is a problem is when I called, not to complain, I was calling (because I ordered for morethan 1 person, everyone gave me their money) to check the price (not to complain) I ask the lady that answered for the price andshe gave me the correct price and I said on the website it was different. She was so rude, she said "That's an old menu someoneput on there if you want the right price come in and get a menu, then she hung up on me. I just wanted her to know how rude sheis and I didn't appreciate being hung up on. Heard mixed reviews, so checked it out myself, and glad I did! The bread was fresh and soft, with flavorful and fresh... ingredients. The wings were crispy without being crunchy and the wing sauce was great; not pictured, the surprise garlic toastthat comes with them. The kids also devoured their mini-meatball subs, with the oldest proclaiming it was ?one of a kind?. I've seen this place for years and have always wanted to stop. So finally we did and all I can say is they have thee best bread... I've ever tasted! When you bite into the sandwich the bread was so moist and fluffy it was perfection! The sandwich its self waslike a 6 for me but the bread is a 10 all day!!!! Read more
