Definitely disappointed it was not busy at all I was the only one there. The employees were so rude. My food was cold and I... waited almost 10 minutes. We hadn't had checkers in years, while living in Texas, & after this experience it'll probably be years before we have it... again!! The automated voice application was such a pain to use at the drive-thru & seems to be a waste with 5-person crewlistening 20ft away. Our burgers came out smashed & the fries (the main reason from coming to Checkers) were cooked in oldgrease, were soggy & not crisp, hot & flavorful as we remembered!! Service crew seemed nice enough but not really interested incorrecting the issues with our visit! Really disappointed that the milkshakes were the highlight of our family's meal!! Read more
The food is never fresh. Like not even edible it's always hard and greasy. Every time.
