Horrible Customer Service Spoken to with disrespect. Hey forgot my mac and cheese but since I ordered through a 3rd party app... for delivery was told to call them. No longer allow orders of salt less fries. People are more health conscious now. As a paying customer I should have the choice... if no salt on my fries, the chicken is salty enough. Will not spend my money at Chick fil A anymore, will be sure to tell myfamily and friends to stop spending there also. Read more

I rate this as a 3 against my normal Chick-fil-A experience. They were very behind outside and in. The inside had atleast 10... flies I could count around my table. I don't believe they had cleaned the inside with the last hour or I would not have had touse overflowing trash cans. Also waiting for a refill was taxing since at least 3 employees made eye contact with me and I stillhad to flag down an employee that just came from outside. We were there at 2:00 on a Saturday. Went this evening and gave my order. When I received my food it was wrong. The manager was so rude ? well it says chicken... nuggets meal?? I was willing to pay what the rest of it what I ordered. I got my drink, my wrap which she wouldn?t even give tome.,, with no fries. A manager should be way more professional. Mistakes happen I get it but the last couple times, they havemessed up my order.
