So disappointed in our experience. Half of the games don't work and take your money. The animals on stage do not work. Salad bar... is gross. No tickets come out of the games. So not fun for kids when it's super hard to win tickets then when they do nothingcomes out of the games. Super cheap prizes that cost so many tickets theres no way to win for kids. It is freezing in thebuilding. Staff not helpful and rude. Spent and arm and a leg and came out with an upset child on his birthday. Never again. Read more
It was my grandson birthday ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? he injured it and ate pizza ????. They do time on cards so the child... can get points so they can cash them in to get toys and or candy .???? ???? It's the place here in Columbus GA for kids to havefun!!! Read more

Took my grandson on his 8th birthday to play some games he has always enjoyed playing there in past, we bought a 29 dollar... card from machine, 25 minutes later card had expired, in past card has lasted an hour. Complained to worker behind counter ,gave me dumb confused look, grandson was upset, we will never again visit ur establishment and will not reccomend anyone useit, Read more
My grandson absolutely loves this place. He really has fun. The only down part is that half of the games do not work.
My daughter (Birthday Star) celebrated her birthday today even though it was 0n Wednesday and she had a blast as well as her... baby brother. Despite the fact that my kids had fun I was aggravated throughout the entire party. There were other parties goingon and the hostess had to be hunted down on several occasions. My party guests had a great time, only complaint we had was abouthow hot it was. We asked for boxes for our left over pizza and cake and seemed like forever to get boxes. My daughter's cakelooked like it was just tossed on the sheet pan as it had crumbled before we even sang happy birthday. The party area was like asauna, it was hot up to the point of being unbearable. If it wasn't for my daughter wanting her party there I would've leftearly but she wanted the entire experience. My guests were asking about drinks and I had absolutely no idea what to tell themdue to me not being told about adult drinks.. My family got our money worth but we won't be doing another package. It's notworth the sweat and aggravation. I barely got to sit down or even enjoy the games due to being asked about the party such asdrinks and food. But seeing my daughter have a good time was enough for me. Read more
First time going since COVID and was pleasantly surprised! The carper is new and it smells clean and look clean. The food was... fresh and ????. Way to go Chuck E. Cheese!! Read more
