(1) Today, I was with a group of 7, of which 5 of them reside of town, and I was embarrassed. They did not wear gloves of the... line, I saw a few do a side arm sneeze, yet no one wore a mask on line. Additionally, the line was basically broke whilemultiple employees stood around talking to each other doing basically nothing. Furthermore, I saw one male employees underweardue to he was sagging. (2) Line was broke with several empty spots and we were scraping for good pieces. We had to wait forpepperoni pizza and dessert items. Additionally, the pasta spot had 3 empty area, and I asked about it of the employee told methat nothing was supposed to be there. (3) Employees would spend time on the phone or talking with others, without visible nametags, then walk into the food areas, and I am unsure if they washed their hands. (4) There was no soap in the men's bathroom andthe sweet tea was empty. Of which the same employee was previously on a register, went to make tea, yet no gloves, and I amunsure if she washed her hands. It seems that they basically did not care at all. (5) I actually saw one employee, do a side armsneeze, no mask, placed a pizza in a to go box with no gloves thus bare hands. This same employee was EATING pizza with herHANDS going to her MOUTH and continue touching pizza equipment via oven WITHOUT washing hands. I was so disgusted that at thispoint, I FINALLY contacted a manager and the situation started improving. (6) The manager was a African American woman whomapologized and this employee overheard our conversation, then finally washed her hands. However, the manager corrected her. (7)After this manager got involved, the line started to improve and she rightfully corrected employees for not doing their jobs.Including the same one that was sagging, was supposed to sweep an hour ago yet still have not done it. (8) Later on, I heardthis same sagging employee complain to his co-worker, about he DOESN'T LIKE THE manager to tell him what to do. Read more
The sign says under new management. This place is a joke. I entered the restaurant and no one waited on me for at least 8... minutes. Got to the buffet and they only had 3 pizzas on the buffet, all old and no garlic bread. When I finally got somethingto eat, I returned to the buffet for fresh food, and when I sat back down my table had been cleaned off, my drink, napkins,sauce. This happend twice, I just got so frustrated and left. Dont go here the staff was unhelpful, as well as focused onpersonal conversations rather than keeping the buffet fresh and filled. Read more
No syrup for coke. Minimal on bar at 8pm although customers continued coming in. Manager stacking chairs and talking about... closing soon even though website said 10pm. Sweeping rugs and floors around people trying to eat. Read more
Unbelievable! Filthy, pasta and sauce had been sitting out so long it had hardened into what looked like congealed blood. No... silverware and when we asked for some the girl at the register said she couldn't help us that there was none and there were onlya few customers. None of the employees handling and touching food had plastic gloves on or hair nets. Absolutely sickening. Wehad to get up and leave due to the nausea and frustration. Very short staffed. However, don't request a special pizza. You will wait for 30 mins or longer. I asked for a Chicken Alfredo... pizza and requested it 3 times. No Cashier. The staff was rotating. If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST experience I have ever had there. It use to be an awesome place to take your... kids and the food was good and place was clean. It has went downhill so much!!!! There were more than enough workers there lastnight, but yet dirty plates and food all over tables. Floors were disgusting! First time trying a Cici?s. It was decent. Obviously food is all average to below average. I didn?t like how the staff member... swiping my card upcharged me and made me pay for a fountain drink that I did not ask for. I was a little annoyed paying theextra few bucks for that when I didn?t want anything. The pizza itself was fresh. My favorite items there were their Buffalochicken pizza, cheesy bread, and cinnamon rolls. I asked them to make some pizzas but they never did. Overall, would I trythis chain again? Probably not. Food is scarse so you better get up there and get your pizza while standing there. If you don't you will not get the pizza you... want. Needs to hire more staff and I think should cook with gloves.
