Order was supposed to be ready for curbside at 630pm, 7pm came and order was still not brought out. Had to go into restaurant... that was over crowded with customers who were waiting for pick up orders or waiting to be seated, waitress told me that therewere no pickup orders ready. After finally getting my order and getting out of the crowd and to my car I noticed the pie Iordered was missing. Upon further inspection I noticed that OVER HALF of my order was missing and the food that I did receivewas very disappointing. The half of the ?grandmas sampler? I did receive looked as if was portioned for a child, the extra baconthat went with the blueberry pancakes was petrified, I mean the list goes on with how disappointing the food was let alone howcold it was. Not quite sure how there was no pick up orders ready, but I received cold food. When I went back in to get the restof my order the waitress and other staff members helping me were extremely rude and annoyed as if I didn?t do my job correctly.I?m sorry to be ?that? person and I completely understand having a bad day, being under staffed, stressed, whatever but when Iorder food for dinner for my family and have to wait forever, not receive the full order I paid for, get cold food and the staffis rude? no, I?m not alright with that. What a horrible experience. Read more

Okay so I just tried their new menu item (Fried Chicken with French Toast) and it was absolutely incredible. I hope it stays on... the menu for a very long time because I?ll be coming back for it. Chicken was flavorful and juicy (not dry at all) and pairedgreat with the French toast! I let my son and daughter try a bite of the chicken and they immediately begged for more? it wasnot something I wanted to share with them! Also, our server River/Jillian was also fantastic! Attentive, friendly, accurate, timely, and great sense of humor. One of the best servers I have had anywhere. 10/10 Read more

Raw country fried steaks were served to our family today ... we ordered to go from the CB Cols, GA location this morning ...... Manager refunded after a game of phone tag ... This is a staple meal for CB, so one steak could be a mistake but multiple rawsteaks in the same order is a health hazard. The edges were done which I think made it worse as we started to dig in. Literally the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant. 1. Sweet tea was awful, so I asked for a coke. I was given a... coke with dirt inside my drink. I asked for water...only took 20 minutes to get my drink replacement. We received our food andattempted to use the salt but couldn't cause ALL of there can't shakers have so much moister in it they are too chunky to use.Now to add a cherry on top, I overhear the staff cleaning a table for a family of seven coming in. Apparently, they don't useany soap or any form of sanitizer for clearing tables, just a spray bottle of water. Read more

The food is very good. Not expensive there was a wait about 30 min. You can reserve if it's within 2 hours of when you call.... They have a gift shop to browse through while your waiting a little pricey but very nice items. The staff was friendly.Definitely plan on going back to sample more on the menu. Read more

Had a classic hamburger and some peach cobbler for dessert. The burger was in all honesty okay. The buns was dry and it could... barely pass a burger. Not really any flavor present and the lettuce tasted a bit old. The peach cobbler didn?t pass the tastecheck either. The crust tasted cheap, the sugar tasted like sugar free sugar, and the peaches even tasted the same. Definitelydidn?t taste like anything from what I remembered when I last visited Cracker Barrel. Quality 4/10 Taste 4/10 Presentation 6/10 Read more

At approximately 9:45 AM, I arrived at Cracker Barrel in a yellow cab. Upon arrival, I noticed the vast amount of vehicles in... the parking lot. It was too late to go back, I had already paid $47.00 for the the cab. As I entered the store, I was forthrightblown away by the welcoming in the country store. It was similar to the experience described by Todd Burpo in the New York Timesbest selling novel - Heaven Is For Real. Approaching the hostess? podium, I was enthralled by the dialogue exchange between twoelderly people! Wow! Decades of wisdom. Cracker Barrel really brings out the best of people. The elderly are the most valuablenatural resource in our community, and Cracker Barrel is the best place to gain the infinite knowledge of things like TheVietnam War, or maybe even a 1971 Ford pickup. I almost forgot to mention, the youth! Seeing the kids line up to buy their firstClark bar with mom! Or maybe a Montana hat with dad! These are times that cannot be taken for granted. The total wait was about20 minutes to arrive at our table. The workers inside Cracker Barrel worked with great haste to ensure everyone got to eat theirmamas pancake breakfast this morning! Truly impressive. As I was directed to my seat, I was met by Joan, a waitress here atCracker Barrel. Joan is a magnificent waitress. She brought us everything we needed almost immediately. Truly an expert in thefield. Consistently checked up on us. After getting the food (French toast with scrambled eggs, no cheese, bacon and a plentifulamount of butter with a vanilla cold brew coffee for my beverage) I was posthaste blown away by the appearance, the flavor, theperfection. Phenomenal. The latte was impressive, to say the least. I drank it, knowing all too well that I?m lactoseintolerant. I paid for that in the latrine soon after my meal was finished, which brings me to my next point. The latrines werespotless! I was more than comfortable on the toilet, thanks to the previously warmed seats and ampl Read more

Mom liked the chicken and dumplings. Wife said turkey was good but dressing was dry. The chicken fried steak was good but a... little tough. The loaded tater tots were really good. Found lots of good stuff in the store during our 30 minute wait for atable. Read more
