Nice to see how Denny's treats their retired disabled veterans. Currently sitting here at Denny's on Veteran's Day along with my... 2 children & buddy who is also a veteran from my former Platoon. After waiting outside for 40 minutes in anticipation for food.We were all finally seated. Only to watch over 5 groups of people who came in after us all get seen & served drinks & food whilemy family & I watched as every waitress & busboy passed & ignored us. Including their manager who sat 3 feet away from us. Whenmy friend finally got up & asked a waitress if we could be serviced. Instead of an apology. He was told that he could havegotten up & found 1 of them. I wasn't aware that's how customer service worked in a restaurant? Especially after be seated. Mykids are confused as to why we are the only ones in the store still not eating. If it wasn't for the fact that my kid's & buddywere present with me I would've already left. I will never be disrespected or present at this poor excuse for a business again.If I could give 0 stars I would. Happy Veteran's Day. Also we still do not have our food. Read more

This was by faaaaar one of my worst experiences at a Denny's. The service was terrible. We luckily got there before the rush so... we got a table. The place was pretty empty but they kept telling everyone who came that the wait was 45 minutes to 1hr. We askedfor a coffee refill and it never came. Our waiter never came to see if we needed anything. I had ordered a club sandwich andwhen i went to check for the lettuce to see if it was fresh well, what was on the picture was only part of it. OK so if the waitress? comments are accurate Dennys is not letting the servers get tips on credit cards unless the customer gets... up and goes to the register instead of giving the servers the card. She says management said they can?t trust that the server isnot adding more than the client wants to tip because they run the credit card before getting the tip?like every otherrestaurant. So the poor server meekly accepts working for free if the customer doesn?t get up and pay at the counter. So leavecash or take the check to the counter. And if there?s a manager there, tell them what we think about this. I was in late so nomanager to ask for and I wouldn?t want to get the server in trouble. Read more

Coming to this place is a hit and miss. After the visit this morning, we decided not to come to this place anymore due to very... bad customer service. 1. When we entered the restaurant, the server gave us an uncleaned table. Immediately, I took a napkinand cleaned the table in front of the server. She was observing but did not say anything as cleaning is not part of her job. 2. She then gave us the menu written in Spanish. I asked her to give a menu in English version but she told me that I could orderbased on the pictures. 3. We had to wait for 30 minutes to have our foods. During the time, I finished my coffee but did notget refilled. The server had no excuse or explanation for the lateness. 4. When I made the payment at the counter, the clerkdid not ask if the food was good or if we had encountered any issues. That's it and enough to support Denny's. The server couldfind other jobs if she quit Denny's, but Denny could not find more loyal customers if the customer service is not improved. Anyway, thank you very much for reading my comments. This meal was definitely a combination I?ve never had before lol. I ordered the Southwestern Benny Breakfast. It?s basically... like a spicy egg and salsa meal on muffins. It?s a very different type of breakfast I must say! I like the spice kick in theflavoring and the buttery pancakes to compliment it. Nice combination. Never know what you?ll like until you try! DON'T GO!!! Our orders were wong, we were never even asked for a refill on our coffee or water. We got coffee with cream and... nothing to stir our coffe with until our food came. Even at that point, we had to ask for silverware...I mean plasticware. They wont even give you a napkin other than the tiny, thin little piece of tissue that comes in the plasticware wrapper. To topit all off, I paid extra for avocado slices. Check out the photo to see what they gave me...AND CHARGED ME FOR! This avocadowas rotten! Why would you even serve this to someone? Read more

There is an old smell, once you walk in. Double check your order before you leave. I almost had the wrong items, if it wasn't... for the manger double checking for me. Not to mention the service was extremely slow. Read more

Not only was the service horrible but this is how they brought my plate out. Watered down Gravy and it was so salty I couldn't... even eat my food. The waitress brings me another menu I changed my mind so she crumbles the paper and throws it behind her allbecause I didn't want Pancakes. Read more
