I really don't like Domino's but my husband does. We ordered online but I had to call to get my (microwave) wings ran thru the... oven. Didn't happen now my baby find a a long strand of hair on his pizza. My hair is short. Never again. Read more

I placed an order for pizza & wings. The pizza was fine but the chicken was half cooked. I called the store & the manager told... me to throw it away and the next time ask for it to be double or triple cooked. She would not send out another order and get theraw chicken back. She would not issue out a credit. She said basically I lost my money. She wouldn't even give me the number tocorporate office. This manager is ridiculous. She said she been there a month but apparently she doesn't know what to do. Hercustomer service is terrible. Read more

I do NOT recommend this location to ANYONE?I am a very patient person so when our order was placed online Sunday, September 11,... 2022 for delivery and not delivered I was willing to come to this location to pick it up. However, when we called to check onour order, we were informed that the store never received it even though I have a confirmation email stating that it was readyand my card was also charged. I have been very patient and contacted the proper channels in order to receive a refund because wenever received our food and have YET to hear from the manager or anyone else. VERY poor customer service?I am appalled thatDomino?s allows its employees to treat their customers this way. Read more

I can understand insuring the safety of your employees, but at the same time I can't be charged with the past experiences of a... location. I'm at a hotel and was told they do not deliver there. Meeting the driver at the hotel office wasn't even a option.There was no compromise at all, simply was told "come pick it up or cancel it." Well domino's, make a way for delivery that'sgood for everyone or shut down that location, clearly state on the app where exactly there is no delivery, or take delivery outall together. If delivery is only for the "nice neighborhoods" then don't deliver at all to anyone. Read more

I can't believe how let down we were with this location. We were visiting from out of town and thought dominos was safe since it... is such a well known chain we have eaten at for years. However, it took over two hours to get our food. By the time we got it,it was cold and stuck together. The first layer of cheese was melted at some point, but underneath it was uncooked. The shreddedcheese was still in form, and the dough was gooey. The pizza wasn't even properly cut. The hotel we were at was .2 miles away!Just a few blocks. Not sure what the hell happened. But judging from the other reviews I've now seen, it seems this location isseriously lacking customer service and proper cooking skills. Would avoid it completely Read more
