Had our moms 65th Birthday Dinner in the Library in August and everything was top tier. Our menu that we had for the night was... absolutely delicious. Jennifer and Diego were our servers and they were A-1. They were knowledgeable of the restaurant and theyhad a sense of humor. My mom and all of the guests loved it and we can?t wait to visit again! Epic is the most amazing restaurant! Jamie Keating is owner and an excellent Chef! Every course and item on the menu is... absolutely wonderful! Bartender James is great along with his waiter sidekick! It doesn't get any better with food, ambiance,and service. Once you experience the Epic Restaurant you will understand why Chef Keating has won so many awards for his cookingskills over the years. A true Columbus gem! Read more
Very few places I will give a 5 star. This one is well deserved. Did not have a reservation and apparently with the hostess was... not a good thing. Asked to seat at the bar and he was not very inviting.after asking more than one time he lets us sit. Afterthat the whole experience turn great. It is a set menu you pick from. When we were there it was a 4 course meal and it wasamazing. You can tell the chef or chefs are first class. The bartender made our night especial. Very knowledgeable of drinks,food and very happy to be working there. Gave us a tour of the kitchen and the whole restaurant. That was a treat. It is on theexpensive side, but we'll worth the money. We made a reservation for our anniversary dinner via email. Very professional with 5 star service. Someone was always changing... our silverware for each course refilling water and removing plates, very attentive staff. Food was fantastic! Butternut squashbisque was perfect! Read more
?Epic? is a 4-diamond restaurant in Downtown Columbus GA. I ate dinner here by myself tonight and loved every second of it! This... is a safe place for solo female diners. I was treated with warmth, respect, appreciation, and felt treasured by the chef and histeam. I came here from Atlanta to tour apartments next door. I was walking to my car when I saw the restaurant sign and went.The chef greeted me as if I were the queen of England. He was so kind, personable, and enthusiastic about me stepping into hisrestaurant, I was absolutely delighted by the whole experience. So instead of choosing what was on the menu, I told him I?ll eatwhatever he wanted me to eat. He made delicious octopus, duck, ice cream, and coffee for me. Birthday or Prom, EPIC has been our family's favorite place to create a memorable experience for my husband with our four... daughters and now, granddaughter.
