I received an email from Marble Slab Creamery because my birthday was last week offering me $5 off my purchase. I also checked... my app and I have the offer available there. I went for my birthday as a small gift and was super excited. I ordered my icecream and have it in my hand as the cashier rings me up. My total was maybe $5-6. I tell the cashier I have a $5 birthdayreward. I pull up my app, show her my reward, press redeem, and a QR code pops up along with my name and number to be scanned toredeem the reward. She asks for my number and after I tell her my number, she says there's not account found. I show her myaccount on the app. She grabs someone from the back, and that person calls the manager. While on the phone with the manager, sheasks me if the coupon is for Marble Slab Creamery. I'm looking around like "Maybe I came to the wrong place". I told her yes andthen she gets off the phone and basically said they don't accept Marble Slab Creamery coupons. I went for a dessert for mybirthday. They would not honor my reward that was emailed to me as well as in my app, and took the ice cream back. Terriblecustomer service. Read more

I have been twice this weekend with my kids. Friday was a pleasant experience, however the second visit today was not. Jason... told me that our dog could not come inside so I waited outside while my family ordered theirs, and the card was left at thecounter for me to check out when I came in and they came outside. All I asked for was a cookie, and Jason proceeded to tell methat I had to get all the way at the back of the line?for a COOKIE, something that would literally take 20 seconds, as if I hadnot been waiting this entire time to order. Every person in there understood that I was outside with the dog as they all passedme on their way in. His mannerisms are rude and he barely mixes the ice clean on the slab. Judging by other reviews, this placewould be better off without him. And I never got my cookie. He should have allowed us to swap places before making them checkout if he was going to make me wait another 20 minutes. Read more

I was waited on by an employee named Jason. He was polite, helpful, organized even as he was taking orders from the front and... delivery. I don?t Usually write reviews, but he is deserving of one. No waffles, only cups! Floor was very sticky and not very clean overall! We ordered 2 small cups and paid over $12!

Girl was sweet. Guy with the man bun was a little pushy and his tone was too authoritative for comfort with my family from the... moment we approached the counter. Nonetheless, good ice cream as always. Usually a great experience. Thanks. Read more

Management is horrific !! If I could give one star I would. The only reason why the rating is so high is because of a past... owner. Had the manger yell at me because i was talking for to an employee for too long?? There has also been multiple accountsof grey hair in my food? wonder who. Great staff, Great food, needs a more friendly team member and maybe i?d purchase from thisestablishment again. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a cookie cake for a birthday. Upon picking it up and getting home, it was... discovered that it was very dry and did not taste like previous cookie cakes we have ordered. We called within an hour ofpicking it up and were told that there was nothing they could do. They would not remake or refund. I took the cookie back to thestore and expressed that I paid over $30 for something that was not edible. The "manager" began loudly arguing with me sayingthat the cookies were all the same and she cooked it this morning. She accused me of complaining in the past (I have never)about balloons being too small???? When I told her she had me mistaken with someone else she continued to accuse me. Shewouldn't even try the cookie herself and said she doesn't eat them that often so she wouldn't know if it was not good. She madean employee try it and put her in a very awkward position to go against her managers opinion. She eventually remade thecookie. The cookie that was remade was far better and actually edible.
