I'll give it 2 stars because I didn't have to wait long for my order. But whoever the guy was working the drive thru window was... so freaking high I thought I was in some sort of zombie movie. He just stared at me like he was in a trance. At one point Iconsidered asking him if he needed some sort of medical attention. I'll never go back to this place. Got the double bacon sandwich. It was dry & cold. Cheese was just put on sandwich & if meat was hot it would have melted the... cheese & it didn't. My sandwich surely didn't look like the sandwich on the board. Want be eating at any Hardee's again.Sandwich was not good at all. Read more
Visited 11/2 8:30 pm...Few lights were on and it looked like they were closed...Went through drive thru 1st time no answer,... pulled on the door and told to go through drive thru....ummm okay....shake machine down and no Bacon..food received wasgood..service and employees are the reasons that even though its just right around the corner I only go once a year. The food was decent but the cashier spilled a medium hot coffee down my mother's arm did not even offer a napkin or a thank you.... Didn't offer to give us the coffee for free or anything like that did not say anything at all about it. I mean the girl did noteven apologize and the coffee was all over my mother and the vehicle! First time and the last on this location Columbus,GA Marcys .Horrible I don't know the new employee before to leaved alone need... to be sure how to do a simple order. Need to hear well and give the receipt so the customer can check on time. Bad services .Igive a coupon and she not understand I only want the coupon she add me extra order I said the drink she didn't put the drink.When I buy the regular drink she put me the large not regular drink. Always hot and fresh. The young customer service agents that work there have a friendly smile on their face first thing in the... morning. The restaurant itself is clean and up to par.. the restrooms are immaculate I will post a picture of the restroomslater on.. only reason no five stars the line is always long that's what happens when you have great quality food.. So went to this Hardee's again after doing their survey. Only the service was bad the first time so decided to give them another... chance. Went with a code I was provided for doing the survey and went to order. The rep didn't know how to do the ticket. Didn'tlet us complete our order and told us to come to the window. They give us the deal but the free sandwich which is picturedlooked like this. I didn't even trust eating it. It looked like something on south park done to reviewers and I wasn't havingit. They took forever to give our card back and didn't give us a receipt. Which is why I'm on here making a review instead. Read more
I usually go there to use wifi so I get me a coke and a cheeseburger but the staff is always understanding and friendly
