Loyal fan of Hooters wings but Absolutely disgusted of recent. I have scaled back my visits to our local Hooters since their... remodel about time Covid set in 2019. Understandably prices were raised im guessing mainly due to remodel but before laborand food shortages became apparent- Over the past two years if I recall correctly they?ve had two perhaps three price increases. It?s obvious by lack of patrons during lunch but cannot speak to dinner . Today I popped in and started viewing a menu ( gladthey got rid of the photo scan menu ) but quickly realized no prices were listed for any item on the menu. When I asked thewaitress she was quick to inform me all prices were being increased by .40 cents. What a deceitful practice! Additionallythey incur the expense of printing new menus w no price listed then let the customer find out after ordering. Bad practiceHooters. A Buffalo salad glass of water and short beer $19. I'm a guy, so I'm biased. I also have a bias because my family works there. However, all that aside I want to focus on... management. Though these are franchised locations, the corporate entity still holds all of these locations to a high standard.And the Columbus location is no exception. I would like to highlight the management team at this location for their exceptionalattention. Not only were they seen and actively involved, I noticed they walked around checking behind the servers to ensuretheir experience met with their expectations. Read more

Online order for pickup. That went very well. Food, however, is not hitting it out of the park. Meat was on the far side of... well-done small patty with a thin smattering of out of a bag shredded cheese and none of the carmelized onions at all. Bland,slightly undercooked curly fries. Other orders for my family missing items or wrong one sent. Efficient service, thoughtfulpackaging and generous condiments keep this from being fewer stars. Read more
I travele here , this Hooters is the spot for me when I am in town. However, EXTRA SAUCE is EXTRA MONEY but the server isnt... always CLEAR. I will remeber or try to remember that I dont want EXTRA SAUCE. HOWEVER if yall ask me "Ranch or Blue Chz" withoutmentioning an upcharge I will request for it to be removed from my bill. The food is always absolutely delicious. The chickenis absolutely delicious. The dessert is absolutely delicious. The service is always absolutely amazing. However , please stoptalking around us , it honestly sounded like the server was talking about us and another server had to explain to HER why we wasusing hand sanitizer every 5 min. You should never speak about customers around other customers especially when we are eating.Just walk away and speak somewhere.
