The food is top notch, and the wait staff & management are amazingly personable and hardworking. Be ready with some patience... here, as is needed everywhere these days, because short staffing might make a wait even longer than normal, especially if yourconference main hall gets out all at one time, which generates an impossible situation in any case! Have a backup carb in yourpocket or purse if you medically have low blood sugar, but enjoy the anticipation otherwise. ... Worth the wait! Fave bfastdish, from a great chef, was today?s quiche. I insisted on taking pic of wonderful waitresses who opened it today? moreabound! Was in town for conference so ate here several times. Dine in and carry out. Awesome salads all week, and cheesecakewas to die for. Sorry no pics? I ate them all too fast! Columbus Marriott is a historic hotel with a fun restaurant attached called Houlihan's! Nice atmosphere with plenty of room at... the bar, and an outdoor area if you're willing to brave the GA heat. I've frequented a few of times and have enjoyed their friedmushrooms, chicken piccata, club sandwich with fries, and salmon Caesar salad. They definitely have something for everyone onthe menu. But my FAVORITE way to enjoy Houlihan's is just sitting at the bar having a drink and chatting. KayK is an amazingbartender who I can always trust to give me a delicious drink that packs a punch but hides the alcohol well. My favorite isdefinitely a hibiscus tea cocktail with gin and sour- so refreshing! So make sure you stop by the bar during your stay and enjoyyourself! Read more

This is by far the worst restaurant experience that I've ever had. I Placed my order and was served within 10 mins. The... restaurant was empty, and that should have been a sign but I felt maybe rush hour was over. After taking 2 bites of my food, Inoticed a roach crawling on my table. I quickly informed the waitress, who surprisingly said "well this is an old building".WTHeck. Then she asked me would I like something else?!! The food is good and our waitress was great. I understand why people can be frustrated by the service. The first time the... hostesses was overwhelmed eventhough the places wasnt that busy and then told us about issues they were having instead of justseating us with a smile. The next time we went we were seated and after 20 minutes of no one coming to our table we went to thebar to get water. We would of left if we weren't waiting for more people. The food we got on that occasion was good too. Lookslike a management problem and an atmosphere of feeling overwhelmed. Side note the pitcher of alcoholic lemonade is really just alarge Stine, but it was very tasty. They do have Happy hour with $5 Apps and drink specials. Read more
Well first I just want to say excellent experience from start to finish! I think our server was Michael and he was awesome... ???????? the food was hot and fresh, wings could've been fried a little longer. They were a bit soft but tasty and my shroomswere fresh and hot, salad was yummy! I give it a 9.3/10 oh and let's not forget my peach Long Island ???? yummers!
