My husband went to the Rollins Way location and the customer service was extremely horrible he rarely complains about things but... when he returned he told me he would never go to jersey Mike's again in life he left there and went to subway for anothersandwich. I was shocked. But once I opened my sandwich I understood it was not at all what I asked for. How can you be at astore tell them what you want and they still get it wrong. That only happens when you have employees who don't give a shot. Iuse to love jersey Mike's but I will never ever return unless you hire employees who care which I know will never happen. My daughter had a gift coupon and she had never tried Jersey Mike's. It was something new for us and it was pretty good. I was... a bit surprised at seeing ingredients I'd never heard of before, but the staff was very helpful and explained it, answered ourquestions and was very polite, and an exceptionally clean place. I typically don't eat subs, but it was good. I'm sure if Itried it several times I would find something I really liked. They do have a good selection, I just wasn't familiar with theirmenu. Read more
This is my first time there. It will be my last. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! You do not get what you pay for. There are plenty of... other sandwich shops in the Columbus area such as Jimmy John's Firehouse subs and even Subway where you will get more bang foryour buck. I ordered a regular tuna sandwich. When I saw the girl grab the bread I asked her what size and she said 8 in and Iknow that it was only 6 in. They are very selfish with their portions. She took a small spreader and spread a thin layer of tunaacross the bread and I was thinking to myself you have got to be kidding me. This sandwich cost $8.25. before tax. I do notrecommend anyone going to Jersey Mike's if you are looking to get a good hearty sandwich, There are many other places where youcan go and get more bang for your buck. Bring back the old crew!!! I?ve eaten here twice a week for almost a year. Something has happened to this location! It?s not... as clean, seriously not friendly. Cookies aren?t stocked, bathrooms aren?t clean, it?s completely different. There were noknives in the dispenser, so I ask for one & the lady told me to check again. So sad! Read more
This place has some great sandwiches, especially hot sandwiches. I always get the giant #56 which their version of a philly... cheese steak sandwich. Its delicious! They make the sandwiches right in front of you. The staff is also extremely friendly. Theygreet you as soon as you walk through the doors. They also keep the place really clean. The only dislike for me is...they servePepsi and not Coke. Other than that, it's great place. I will continue to keep coming back here. Read more
I ordered a chicken parmesan hot sub. It took 15 minutes....That was not the problem even though I was the only person in line.... The chicken was soft and not fully warmed. The tomato sauce was bland and the cheese was not fully melted. I went back to try toget my money back or an exchange. The manager told the cashier to tell me that there was nothing they could do. Slightly better than Subway. For a quick bite and the price, its a great place for sub sandwiches. Get the reward membership. I... got a free giant #13 sandwich with me reward points. Only problem I have is pick up orders. Don't call for pick up orders! Icalled and was given a 20-25 min wait. I arrived to pick up at 15min after I called. They were prompt in asking for my orderand I told them name for pick up. So I waited . There were 5 people in line. They took and fix those orders first. Then 5 morewalk in and their order was fixed first. I had to step up to counter to tell them I'm there for my pick order. The sandwicheswere already half way made and the girl that made the sandwiches just skip over my 2 giant sandwiches with the note on top forthose sandwiches to do other orders. Why offer this service if you can't get it any quicker then just showing up and ordering. Read more
