I love Krystal! That said: This location was not open for dine-in despite signs indicating that the dining room was open until 8... p.m. We arrived at 7:12 p.m. on 11/7/22 (after being turned away from another location) to find the door locked. NO, I'm notgoing through the drive thru; I hate to eat in my car and I don't want to take them home and eat them cold. If the problem isshort staffing because someone called in that day, (unlikely since it seems to be all locations in the area) then put anapologetic note on the door. If the owner or district manager or someone made a decision to close, then be honest enough tochange the sign and your Google info. Read more
Haven't had in a few years. Great to see some things can withstand the test of time! A welcomed plus to coming home for a visit!
I used to work there as a manager and it used to be an awesome place.. it?s now dirty, unorganized and the managers do whatever... they want.. really don?t recommend anymore. Such a shame what happened to that place Read more
My honey took me to Krystal this morning. We got 3 egg breakfasts, one with bacon, toast and grits and one with sausage, grits... with cheese and a biscuit. It was so good! The food was ????????????????????fresh and tasty. However, I purchased wings and wanted regular wings and received their hot... wings, in which the spices was too spicy to be edible?. Since I was unable to contact the restaurant by phone to voice theerror, the company received ? as well. I am not an avid fast food eater. I am unsure if the restaurant ONLY offers hot wings onthe menu. I must be clear; the wings were delicious. However, they were unedible. Read more

The in store service was terrible. I'm sorry you don't have enough help, but keep your entrance locked off you don't want in... store customers.. Do Not lock the door while I'm inside an then hold me up by complaining the door is to heavy for you to open..Really Lady. Come On... Be Real. I'm disabled but I opened the door when I came in and even offered to help you open.. "if itwas too heavy". A manager no less! Plus, a sign out front "enjoy a bowl of chili" you say.
