Most of the time I review a McDonals, it?s bad. Because most could use a lot of improvement. This location is usually good, from... the efficiency of the staff to the accuracy of the order, plus it is mostly clean (the fountain drink area seems to stay wet).So is it perfect? No, but as far as McDonals go, it is better than average. Read more

It took the front cashier about 10 mins to even take our order. When she finally did she was nice and polite. Just no one was... helping her. They finally got our food out minus the drinks. Then it took them over 10 mins just to get my smoothie and frappemade. By then the food is cold plus they didn't give any cutlery. It was only a big breakfast minus the pancakes. Fast food places are notorious for getting your order wrong. But I had to get food since it was past 8pm and I needed a quick... bite. Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich at the drive through. After getting my food at pick up window, I checked tomake sure it was what I ordered. I was assured by store clerk that it was my crispy chicken and I saw the deluxe crispy chickenon the box and so I drove off. Being starved I ate my sandwich as I'm driving and I finally thought after 3 bites that thischicken sure does taste like beef. Lesson of the day...ALWAYS check your containers even if says the correct name of your food. Read more
Don?t order at this location often but picked up something quick for dinner. Had to wait in parking spot for our order, not a... big deal. Lady brought our food out, noticed a smell of lotion or something I guess from her hands on the bag that lingered.Also, wasn?t a big deal. Noticed we missed an item so husband went in and got it. Also....no big deal. Later when we got home myhusband was eating the missing item he went in to get and it was inedible. After opening it up it was covered in salt andpepper?!
