Waited 50 Minutes for food and all they could say was it isn?t on the screen. No manager around to get a refund. They kitchen... looked like mice scurrying around. No organization whatsoever. When we finally got our food it was Luke warm at best and theyforgot part of it. They need management who knows how to efficiently run a restaurant. Drive they was so backed up they weregiving refunds there. Horrible service and experience. Read more
Panera c?mon you can do better than this. My wife had to wait ten minutes for this? Is this supposed to be chicken noodle soup?... It?s practically 100% broth. The flatbread pizza is really good? the Mahgerita (veggie)pizza is great for breakfast and lunch- maybe a little more sauce... would?ve been great but no biggie! My favorite place for French onion soup. So good and always a clean place. Order via a tablet stand.
This place has one of the most relaxing atmospheres around. The booths are really comfortable. The staff here couldn't be more... friendly and kind. The food is absolutely delicious! I had got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and it was outstanding. Youcan taste the fresh ingredients and the bread......the bread is crispy on the out side while the inside is hot and aerie. Youcan't go wrong with getting one of there many pastries. Not to mention, they also serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I willdefinitely be returning for more. Read more
Ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli and what I received was not like the picture that was posted. The food was good but... not as much as the picture has you to believe. I asked was there a different like a large and small, they said no. "It was onesize fit all." Two different people answered me from behind the counter. The egg and cheese on asiago bagel is a must!!????????????My Wife and I go toPanera Bread almost every day not just for the... fresh food but for the great customer service I get every time I go there, They go from point A to point Z in customer serviceespecially at these sensitive times.
