This is my second time ordering garlic knots from this Papa John?s location, and both times they were delivered as just plain... bread knots with no garlic. They came with marinara sauce but they aren?t GARLIC knots. If you look at the picture whileordering they are covered in garlic and the sauce is just extra. I thought the first time was a freak accident and the secondtime assumed I did something wrong while ordering. But there is no place to select plain or garlic when ordering. Yes there is agarlic sauce option, but the knots themselves are not garlic. Read more
Waited an hour, drove 30 minutes home, just to see they made every pizza wrong. I called and the woman was rude, unhelpful and... had a nasty attitude. They didn?t do refunds or remake pizzas THEY made wrong. We were stuck with rotten fish pizza. Read more

Just like the last time we ordered from here it was half cooked and drowned in pizza sauce. They did not even offer to make it... right because they had to close at 1026 when they advertise closing at 1130. So not only was the pizza wrong and under cookedbut it messed up a planned evening and dinner was a bust . Very unhappy. Read more
I selected this location to order carryout and even confirmed the location through the website. The site changed my location and... no, I didn't double check, and when I attempted to pickup my food, I realized the location had been changed. I asked if theycould help somehow by changing the location back to this store and make the food. The lady said "No we can't" and walked away. Iwas beyond irate so I left. I drove to the other location and the lady there tried giving me 2 out of 4 boxes!!! When I askedfor the other 2 pizzas that I paid for, she looked at me like I did something wrong! It says in the tag, 1 of 4 and 3 of 4!!!!The boxes were even stacked on top of each other!!!! When she hands me the last 2 boxes, she doesn't even apologize, doesn't saynothing. If I could give this establishment a negative 5 star rating, I would. They never delivered the pizza that we ordered,... apparently delivered it to the wrong hotel, hung up on me, told me they could maybe get me a replacement pizza at 10 p.m. (weordered before 8 p.m.), and when I finally canceled my order they told me they would not refund my credit card and that if Iwanted a refund I would have to drive to their location. I would not recommend trying to get a pizza from them (we were neversuccessful), and they are not interested in customer satisfaction whatsoever. Read more
*this visit was not good by any means, ordered a sausage stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese. Asked why there was alot of... sauce and didn't appear to have extra cheese. Was met by two different individuals with bad attitudes, they reluctantly remadeit the same as before. All while trash talking me in the back. From what I gather, extra cheese on a pie is something you payfor but don't get and when you question it, the employees would rather trash talk the customer within earshot over make itright* *This review went from 5 to 1 star for this instance.* It's Papa John's.
