I work for Uber eats. I get at least 2 orders from them a day. They always have the food ready and it's very hot for the... customer. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. One of my top 5 places to delivery from. Read more

Worst customer service and most disorganized store I?ve ever ordered from. My husband ordered a pizza about a week and a half... ago, it said it would be here in 30 minutes. At 36 minutes he called to check on it and they said they had given it to a doordasher and it had been delivered, but they didn?t know the name of the driver or a way to contact them, and we didn?t even orderthru door dash in the first place. My husband told them we never got the pizza and the lady who answered said it wasn?t herproblem and that we needed to call door dash and hung up in his face. Door dash can?t give us our money back bc they never tookit. The charge says Pizza Hut on my credit card. I?ve been calling for a week and a half to talk to a manager about getting ourmoney back and the manager has always ?stepped out? . Even left my name and number and never received a call. This was the worst pizza I have gotten from this location. I typically get a great product from this location. I actually made... this my new location because the last pizzahut was not doing good. My pizza was half cheese and half bacon, mushrooms, and ham.The cheese half didn't even resemble cheese. I'm not sure if it was not enough cheese or it was over baked but it was dark. Theother side looked like the toppings were an after thought and were just thrown on top again with not much cheese or over cookedcheese. It literally looked like they had a cheese pizza that nobody picked up and they added my toppings on it. Verydissatisfied and disappointed. I'm running out of pizza huts to go to. We ordered our pizza for carryout. I drove out to pick it up. When I got there, they told me my pizza was getting delivered to... my house. Not only that, we didn't have the cash to pay for the pizza as the delivery driver can't process cards. So I had topay for the pizza at the store. Not only that, I had to pay the delivery fee despite the fact I ordered carryout and theymessed up. The staff was great, but I had to pay an extra $13 for a pizza I couldn't even pick up at the store. At least thepizza was fantastic, though. :) Read more

Ever since I can remember pizza hut has been the only pizza my wife will order . Shes been in the food and hospitality industry... and knows all about portion control. So this isn't a trumped up gripe. But when I ask for extra cheese and pay for extra cheesein advance...PUT EXTRA CHEESE ON IT EXTRA MEANS EXTRA.....Thanx for the lesson..1 pizza hut in the crapper. This Location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed a carryout order June 19th. I was told to wait in... the parking lot by the gentleman in the drive through and told it would be brought out to the car. I waited 20 minutes past thetime my email said the order would be ready and came to the front door and called the store. After being put on hold I wasbrought my pizza. The lady who brought my order to the door dropped some of my cash on the ground and when I tried to pay theremaining balance at the window I was charged too much. I tried to explain the situation to her and mid conversation she let thedrive through window slam and walked off mouthing and cursing. At that point I was irritated because she kept accusing me ofgiving her a lower amount of money. I asked for the corporate number 6 times and was still never given it. In total 4 differentwoman came to the window the last was the manager. Not only did she not resolve my issue or have that rude lady apologize forher faults she condoned all of the behavior that was going on. My Second attempt to place an order was June 22, 2020 at 10pmlast night (Highly aware they closed at 12:00am ) My order was cancelled without anyone calling me to let meknow....UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR . MY 3rd attempt to place an order was 4:41pm June 23, 2020 I needed it delivered and was toldthey don't deliver to my location. So I placed my order YET AGAIN (4th attempt), got a ride to the store and when I went to pickmy pizza up it was old, the crust was stale. I called back and asked them to make me a completely new and fresh order, I wastold the pizza was fresh and It would only be made once I arrived at the store.(I WAITED 20 MINUTES) Most places that care aboutgood customer experience would have made the new order immediately and issued some type of credit. I wasn't given anything forany of these encounters and I wont be recommending anyone use this location. Read more
