I was shocked! They asked me if I wanted mild or spicy! Which in turn I answered with a smile and said. " spicy"! I over heard... the The associate that took my order state that she was filling in from another Popeyes. I wish I knew which Popeyes that wasbecause I would drive to wherever location she worked at. She was professional, he handled business like a supervisor and boy!Did she know her stuff! I only want to take my business where customer service is 1#. Great customer service seems to elude alot of these young people. I don't even live near this Popeyes but I will travel to it each time if the customer service isgood. I'm so excited that I actually got spicy chicken! You can order spicy chicken all day long at the Popeyes on Macon rd andon 280 bypass in phenix city but the workers there will not give you spicy chicken. They will give you mild every time. I haveheard all of the excuses. Like. "We aren't making any more Spicy Chicken tonight" or " we are out" or like most times, give youwhatever they want. People know the difference and I feel robbed everytime I get home and do not have any spicy chicken. Also,this Popeyes filled up the sides container! Ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich and another spicy chicken sandwich meal with the 12 piece family meal- total was $52! Long wait, even though it was only one car ahead of us. Told them specifically, 1 breast, 1 wing, & 3 legs. Pulled up to check... order, food was hot & fresh, but not what we ordered. Dining room was locked, had to get back in line. The lady at the windowtold me all they had was thighs. We would have to wait 15 minutes to correct our order.
